Expelled

"Crestl..you are the daughter of Ronovo," Nathan thought and looked at the girl still wailing.

Ronovo Crestl was the head of the Crestl mafia family, they were also quite active however preferred to work for other families. That Boosted their position to a soon powerhouse, they even assisted his father as he remembered Ronovo being in his mansion before.

"Ah, how ironic, now I won't feel bad at all" He murmured and was slapped out of his thoughts.

Seeing the young student spacing out Ms. Kate decided to take things into her own hands. She slapped Nathan right on the chin with a bit of mana hoping he would pass out. But his stats were far from normal and helped him stay conscious.

After being slapped he rose from the ground and wondered what had happened. A few seconds went by until he finally realized that a woman had slapped him right across the face in public.

This was the most humiliating thing Nathan had gone through in both his lives. Never did he think he would be slapped by a woman and almost go unconscious.

He recollected himself fully and then added another few names to his kill list after listening to Olivia.

"Hahaha! I hope you know that you will undoubtedly be expelled! Seems like Mr. John didn't like you either" she shouted after seeing him stand up.

"Olivia Crestl, Jessica Kate, and Andy John" were the current names that he would put on his kill list and oh boy would he pay them a visit.

"Fuck this whole school is corrupt" Nathan finally realized and decided to immediately leave the campus.

"So that's why people wouldn't talk to me, I offended their school princess after all," Nathan thought to himself and ran out of the building with his boosted speed and mana control.

Although Ms. Kate was a B-rank hunter she did not have the same physical abilities and mana control to stop him.

Nathan could see her notify someone on the makeshift 5-dollar radio before finally leaving the building. He immediately realized that security would pursue him.

"Security is nothing" He scoffed and continued running to the large walls in the distance.

A few minutes passed and he was nearing the walls when he saw people in suites running towards him.

Nathan knew that they would have no jurisdiction outside the walls so he was confident in making it home safely.

"Shit, team leader I think he's going to make it," a young man said.

"Don't worry I'll take care of it" He replied and took out a few small daggers.

Security was getting closer but so was Nathan. Around 20 meters away from the wall a bulky security guard fired a dozen or so daggers hoping to slow him down. But they were futile as he simply jumped over them dodging them.

Around 5 meters from the wall, he finally committed and leaped forward. The security guards eventually stopped realizing they wouldn't make it in time.

"Haa. haa" The guards were out of breath after sprinting 3km at full speed.

"Team leader, what do we do?" The young man asked looking at his superior.

"We will return to our post and let the higher command handle it. Hopefully, they don't blame it on us." He said.

Shortly after, the security guards notified Ms. Kate of Nathan's escape and she was not happy. She finally had the chance to show her good side to the only daughter of the Crestl family but failed.

"You dare fail? I want him here now!" Olivia said sounding like a spoiled brat.

"I apologize, Mlady" Ms. Kate replied trying to appease Olivia.

After he escaped the school campus he knew he was in trouble. His sweet mother had invested numerous resources to get him into the school and he got expelled after only 2 hours.

Nathan felt bad for his hardworking mother who worked so hard for him to only waste it.

This was a reality check for Nathan as he realized that corruption and stronger foes were still out there. Neither to say this experience was humbling for him and would benefit him in the long run.

After walking for a few minutes he met up with Charles in an alley after sending him his location.

"Charles.. I have a job for you" He said and looked at his very loyal and strong henchman.

After completing the quest Charles managed to upgrade all his stats over 40 significantly boosting his combat prowess.

"As you wish, One!" He shouted with excitement.

"Your mission for now is to find out more about Andy John. He is a teacher at Rosewood High School and is an A-rank hunter. Stalk him, find out where he lives, family members, wife anything. Nathan calmly said.

Sure it might be excessive to kidnap his family and ask for ransom but that's just how it is. John should have been more careful in choosing his opponents.

The reason Nathan picked John was due to his vulnerability. He didn't have any powerful backers like Olivia and would most likely have several mana stones, unlike Ms. Kate. Kate was still a B-rank hunter meaning she would use most mana stones to rank up. Unlike the B rank after receiving the A rank, it takes several years to rank up to S. Therefore Nathan concluded that he was the best option for his growth.

"Leave it to me!" Charles replied and eventually left as ordered by Nathan.

Charles had nothing to do the past weeks other than rob someone here and there and snack on some food before sleeping in abandoned buildings in his sleeping bag. So he was overjoyed to receive something fun.

He started slowly walking back to his house simulating plenty of scenarios of his mother's reaction to his expulsion.
