The next day, Nathan was focused on trying to find a way to obtain mana stones, whether it be the black market or himself going out killing monsters.
Nathans's number one priority after obtaining Mana stones was using his system and seeing its capabilities.
He continued searching the web for info on how to obtain it, and he finally realized that he had forgotten something.
"Wait? I can just buy it online since a Mana stone is not rare or a secret right.." He thought and looked for some sellers on various websites.
"Ah..." Nathan realized he had been overthinking his options and was embarrassed by his foolishness.
After checking various sellers online, he eventually stumbled upon an F- rank mana stone that was selling for 170 dollars. The average price was around 185-220 dollars, depending on its quality.
But Nathan had one problem.. he was a poor young man who just woke up from a coma. His only option was to rely on his sweet mother.
He quickly thought of an excuse and then went to find his mother.
"Mom, I need 200 dollars to buy a new phone. Could you lend me some until I pay you back?" He asked politely.
"A new phone? Ah, right, how will I contact you.. but don't worry, I can buy one for you tomorrow, " She replied while looking at her son.
"Shit, this isn't going as I planned," He thought and tried thinking of another excuse, but eventually, he let it go after not finding a suitable one. I mean, who gives their son 200 dollars...
"Fuck at this rate I've got to wait until I awaken," Nathan thought while returning back to his room dissatisfied.
He had not awakened yet and was not able to use mana. Which was very rare considering his age as most teenagers awakened at the age of 15-16 by the World Association.
All hope was lost for him until he got a notification from the system.

Nathan had the stats of an F+ awakened which was good considering he wasn't even awakened yet.
He eventually decided to remove 8 stat points from the Endurance stat as he could gain it easily from doing exercises to failure.

"Nice let's finally get this over with my nerves have been killing me," Nathan said out loud and went over to the shop to buy the Kel-Tec P11.

He bought the gun and out of thin air, a small gun and a fully loaded magazine dropped into Nathan's hands.
"Fuck yeah, this feels nice" Nathan murmured and loaded the gun.
Nathan was also a gun enthusiast and enjoyed the power it gave the user so he was very happy.
He quickly inspected the gun and realized something remarkable. The gun had no imprint showing where it was made meaning nobody could track the gun if it was lost. Basically, that meant that the authorities would not be able to connect it to various black markets and eventually find out the seller's information.
Another thing was that the Kel-Tec P11 was discontinued so seeing a gun so fresh and new was quite shocking to Nathan.
The Kel-Tec P11 was not the best choice for handguns however it did its job well. As one of the lightest handguns known to man and reliable it has quite the self-defense capabilities. However long range it does not compare to others. But it would be enough for Nathan to start his operations.
After unloading the gun and clear checking it he finally decided that it was time to summon his first associate.
"Well here goes nothing" He murmured and tapped the summon button on the status window.
A few seconds went by with nothing appearing however suddenly a blue hole appeared in thin air and a person dropped down onto the ground.
"Holy shit..." Nathan thought as he still couldn't believe what was happening in front of his eyes.

Nathan read the notification and was pleased with the stat points. He was planning to put them in already but was soon interrupted.
"Hello Boss! My name is Charles!" He shouted enthusiastically to his new boss.
"Fuck, be quiet!" Nathan whispered quickly at his newly summoned associate.
"S-sorry boss.." He replied apologetically.
Soon footsteps could be heard coming to Nathan's room and he quickly took action.
"Get under the bed now!" He said, and Charles complied.
"Are you alright, Nathan? I thought I heard another voice, " she asked curiously.
"Ah, don't worry about it, mom. I was just watching a YouTube video, and the speakers glitched.. haha, " He replied while sitting on his computer.
She looked around a bit and finally decided to shut the door.
"Phew close one" Nathan thought and told Charles to get up again.
Charles stood up and awaited an order from his boss.
"So, Charles could you tell me a bit about yourself. Occupation, past experience etc please" Nathan asked and went to sit on his bed.

"Yes boss! My name is Charles I am 27-years old and I was a associate for the MK gang for about 5 years. I know a lot of things like shooting, robbing, changing tires and some cooking too!" He replied with confidence.
"Alright your good Charles" Nathan said and went to look at his status window after he received a notification.
