??The rent on the big one seems high.??

??Let??s not make any decisions until we see it,?? said Landon.

The five bedroom house turned out to be a deal in an odd way. The owner was willing to cut a chunk off the rental price if Trey and Landon agreed to do some repair work.

??We can do the wall paper stripping and repainting in a couple of weekends and the deck rebuild as soon as the weather gets warmer,?? suggested Trey as they walked through the house checking it out.

??I??ve never done much home DIY stuff,?? said Landon.

??Yeah well, embrace memories of my parents?? house. Every single summer for six years running, my parents tore the shit out of a different room. That place was kind of a dive when they bought it, but by the end of our high school years, it was in pretty good shape.??
