Liu Die's heart was in a tumult, consumed with worry for Su Wen; she sprinted directly towards him.
As the car was about to depart, she desperately grabbed onto the door.
Seeing the situation, Su Wen immediately opened the car.
"What are you doing here!"
Su Wen looked at Liu Die in surprise, finding himself, to his own astonishment, speechless.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm worried!"
Liu Die stared intently at Su Wen, her complexion somewhat haggard, and she could only manage to utter two simple sentences.
The driver in front, sticking his head out, was plainly impatient.
"You two seem absorbed in your tender affection; Mr. Su, our chairman is waiting for you."
The driver's words only intensified the unease in Liu Die's heart, and she became even more afraid that something might happen to Su Wen.
So, she pushed and shoved Su Wen, insisting on getting into the car with him.
Liu Die held tightly onto Su Wen's hands, unwilling to let go in the slightest.
