Thalia had just finished putting Collin to bed after feeding him that day and fated evening. She sat down with a slump and looked around the room. She was all set to move. The significant things to move will be Collin's belongings.
She would not take anything that the Wanky's had bought, but she had a few of her own that she had to take. Thalia had no intention of letting them know of her plans. Since she and her boy were unwelcome, they would just leave and let them have peace. Even though she felt guilty, Maxi was the only person who knew of this.
Maxi had cried when she heard, but Maxi was a bystander with a holistic view of what was happening and knew that it was best for Thalia to leave.
