Dear Diary,

Yesterday I couldn't write to you because some researchers, or doctors, whatever, both of them wore white coats, but Dr. [REDACTED] wore a cap with Yankers. They wanted to do some tests on me and they took me into a room where there was another guy, the one from the next cell and it seemed pretty docile. When we got there, the doctors asked us if we can both see each other and we respond to this question feeling quite weird because none of us is blind and we can definitely see each other.

The man I was seeing wore casual clothes, a shirt in black, a pair of jeans, shoes from Converse and his hair, it is the wavy style a normal teenager or young adults is wearing these days. His hair colour was brown if I remember, the same as mine.

One of the Doctors asked me if I can shake my hands with him, and we did this. He noted those things like it is something abnormal which for us it doesn't seem like that. Then he asked if we can look into each other eyes, and we do that because there was one guard who was preparing his M-4 if we do not follow the researchers or Doctors orders. We look into his beautiful and blue eyes and there I could see something, a bug, which was a weird experience, but hey, he reacted the same to me. and I know that because he asked me: "Did you saw the bug?". I nodded to his question in accord and the researchers or doctors noted on their clipboard.

The guy looked at them and asked the Researchers: "What is going on here? What are these tests for?". And one of the researchers with his hair down, rudely respond to us: "Patience D-class. You will know the truth later after we will finish the big tests.". I do not know what does D-class mean but I think it doesn't sound good. One of the researchers back up us and told us to wait because we will get the response later and then he told us to sit on the tables and they inject in us some anaesthesia and sleeping serum as fast as possible and without us to notice.

Later on, we left the laboratory and we were escorted back to our cells, but this time I and the guy were walking together to our cells. And my guess was right, there is a guy next to my cell, so that means I got a neighbour. When we were put back in our "hospital rooms" I go to my bed and started reading a book until I fall asleep.

And I wake up today, but different than usual because my body was starting itching and has this time a swore throat. One of the guards who were protecting my cell and also give me breakfast, dinner and even launch sometimes, he has given me the scrambled eggs and three pills which I immediately took and in a few seconds all of the itching feeling and swore throat has completely disappeared. And this wasn't even the strange part because my right arm, was not mine, it has become... some sorts of an... bug or something.

At first, I screamed, run around my cell in panic, then I fainted in my room.

And a few hours later I woke up, in my room and my right arm was still one of a bug or insects, I don't know. I was never good at biology in school or high school.

One of the researchers or doctors, who was named Dr. [REDACTED] come to me and told me that I am infested with some kind of parasite named SCP-150, and this disease is incurable because it manifests weirdly and it can even cancel the SCP-500 pills. I don't know what those SCPs were but he just handed me some description of the SCP-150 which says:

"SCP-150 is an obligate parasite that resembles the tongue-eating louse (Cymothoa exigua) but is adapted to form conjunctive symbiotic relationships with humans for a period of its lifespan. Upon contact with a human subject, SCP-150 embeds itself deeply in the flesh of its host. Over the course of approximately seven days, the parasite will burrow into the host and affect numerous physiological alterations.

The most glaring alteration is the gradual conversion of the limb nearest the infection site into a chitinous appendage: as SCP-150 consumes the host's flesh, it excretes tissue that replaces and augments the functionality of the host's limb without causing transplant rejection. It is suspected that SCP-150 can secrete anaesthetic and immunosuppressant substances to prevent the host's body from responding to the change. Furthermore, the nervous tissue excreted by SCP-150 can interface with the host's nervous system. By the time the process is complete, the host will be able to control the affected limb with no loss in mobility and often with improved strength, reflexes, and resilience.

For a period of one to two weeks, SCP-150 will reproduce, feeding on nutrients from and depositing eggs1 into assimilated blood vessels. The eggs are deposited throughout the human body via the bloodstream - while the vast majority of them die off, enough survive to begin colonizing and altering the rest of the host's body. Though subjects report discomfort and occasional loss of motor control during this process, they often will not recognize the cause of said discomfort. It is still unclear why the offspring do not compete with each other for space or resources, nor how the assimilation process leaves the body's cell signalling mechanisms and processes unaffected. SCP-150 reproduces during this assimilation process: as the lungs are assimilated, more eggs are produced and spread by the patient's coughing. Although as many as 10,000 eggs may be produced during this time, it is estimated that only 1% of them find their way into another host, of which 1% survive the host's immune response and implant successfully.

Although SCP-150 inevitably results in the assimilation and alteration of the central nervous system, including the spinal cord and brain, the host's consciousness and behaviour are seemingly unaffected. Interviews with subjects infected by SCP-150 have yielded little information, as infected subjects unaware of SCP-150 claim to sense no changes or improvement in certain senses and faculties. While subjects aware of the infection are ablcannt the source of the change, they exhibit little to no negative feelings and often express positivity towards it." (Author Note: All of the Data were taken from http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-150, Description section).

We talked for a bit about this SCP and the experiments I was going through and he told me that I might be going to stay here dor a while because this SCP has the only way to make him disappear and that is by burning his or his colony alive. I was scared at this and even terrified but these guys have decided to keep me and the guy next door alive because they can somehow us in finding out a cure to destroy this SCP.

When the guy has left my room, I was looking desperately around to see if I am in a dream and there is somehow a switch that can wake me up or something but there was nothing. I searched for almost one hour in the entire cell and I didn't found anything... So, this is not a dream... This is a reality. And I really need to find a way to escape from this cell and try to dodge death.

Also, this diary has a page ripped so this was probably from a researcher who comes to my room and ripped it, but the page of this diary was not even written, it was entirely blank. This is weird, and it getting much more weirder every day passes by.
