Chapter 65

* boom *

Jaden spat out the blood that formed in his mouth as he slammed through multiple trees. He slammed into the ground before coming to a complete halt.

His earth spirit golden stood behind him ready to attack after reforming its body when Ladros made a giant hole in its chest.

Ladros flew above Jaden as he looked at him from above.

" What's wrong? Don't tell me this is the best you can do? " Ladros said mockingly as he looked at Jaden.

" Damn. You are an annoying shit. " Jaden said as he looked at Ladros.

* clap * * clap *

" Well done. You finally figured it out. " Ladros said.

Jaden grit his teeth as he looked at Ladros.

' Nothing has worked against this guy. He keeps blasting away all of my attacks easily. Then there was that barrier he made. ' Jaden thought as he remembered the blue barrier Ladros made to block his attack.

Ladros had absorbed the mana in the air and used that mana to make that barrier.

" So you going to come at me or should I come at you or should we come together? " Ladros asked still mocking Jaden.

" Oh, they come. They always come. " Ladros yelled.

He aimed his arm downward, sending a blast of pressurized air straight toward the ground. The pressurized air blasted through the giant earth spike that Jaden made.

* boom *

Slamming into the ground, the ground broke up into multiple pieces as a large dust cloud formed into the air.

Focusing on the dust cloud, Jaden uses his spirit to command the dust cloud and turned it into a terrifying dust devil that trapped in Ladros.

Everyone stopped as they looked at the giant sand tornado that formed. They held on as they felt the wind pushing against them and covered sphere eyes from the sand.

Ladros stayed in the dust devil grinning. Jaden uses the dust devil to send small, sharp stones at Ladros to cut him.

Ladros felt each stone hitting him but did nothing as they just hit the barrier he put around himself.

'Let's get out of here first and have these stones pierce me. '

Turning it off he allowed himself to get hit by the stones as and noticed some of them stayed in his body.

He looked at the way the dust devil was moving and allowed himself to fly along with the same current and quickly flew up riding the dust devil.

Using their he flew out of the fist devil and flew back down to be meet with Jaden who was waiting for him while grinning.

Ladros looked at him before grunting. He was unable to move his body.

" The small stones in your body were turned into the dust which I sued to control your body. You can't move now! Crush him. " Jaden said yelled as his spirit went towards Ladros.

As the spirit reached him Ladros grinned as he grabbed the sprites face.

Jaden looked in shock as he tried to control Ladros.

'Wait where is the dust?! 'He thought. He couldn't feel any dust in Ladros body.

" If you're wondering what happened, well I absorbed your dust. " Ladros said grinning.

" I'm sorry, the fuck? " Jaden asked.

" Yep. "

Ladros then threw the spirit at Jaden. The sport flew through the air and slammed into Jaden.

He tried to correct himself mid-air but before that Ladros appeared and used another blast of pressurized air.

* boom *

Jaden and his spirit were blown into the ground. Ladros looked on from above as he looked at his work.

He then flew to Asta who was standing there with his demon dweller sword in his hand.

" Yo Asta, you done? " Ladros asked.

Asta didn't respond as he just stood there. Ladros stared at him.

' What's he trying to do? Did Elden tell him something and he's now trying it? ' Ladros thought.

* boom *

Ladros then looked in Jaden's direction as a large amount of mana erupted from his position.

'Guess he still has down gas left. Here I thought it was fucking over! 'Ladros thought excitedly.

Ladros then froze as he looked behind him. He felt a sense of dread coming from behind as he looked at Asta.

His eyes widened as he looked at Asta's form.

The right side of his body was covered in black. A horn was formed on the 4ight aide of his head, along with a black wing. His right emerald eye was mad into a ruby red color.

Asta looked at the large mana that was being emitted and back at Ladros who looked at him in awe at his new form.

Ladros surprise the urge to fight as he knew that this wasn't the best place and time.

Asta looked at him and smiled before looking at the culprit of the large mana, floating in the air.

Jaden floating with his spirit next to him while a third eye was on his forehead.

" My turn. "
