"So this means to decompress and this should mean extract, very different when they are put this way." Zola takes note as I use my bare hands to manipulate some new runes from the new rune plates. 'your hands heal if the runes try and chop them off.' real reassuring Zola, I feel reassured.

"This one might be Descend." I look it over and see she is a little off if I am seeing it right.

"I think it's Gravity but we can test it in the chamber to find out if it's gravity and if we crank it up the item will get squashed while if it descend it will just stay at the lowest point." I think, and she shakes her head disagreeing with me before we even test.

"I think it would still squish because it will still try to descend into the floor and get flattened into it." Only one way to find out as I load an apple into the chamber and put the rune in and slowly crank it up.

The rune glows brighter and brighter as we wait to see a squished fruit and nothing happens causing both of our brows to scrunch up.

"What did you do wrong?" She takes the controller from me and I jab at her sides for her theft, she deftly evades and sits on my other side.

"I did nothing wrong you picked a faulty fruit!" She cranks the power to max and the fruit explodes outwardly.

"You placed it in the wrong spot, but that proved it was gravity so that is at least a half point for you." She stands and shimmies past me with her rear in my face covering up the view of the chamber and I bite my lip and sit on my hand before I mess up.

She better watch out or she is going to catch a hand across that thing.

"What do you think this one is?" She looks back at the tablet and I take a deep breath before letting it go all at once.

- Zola POV -

This fool is ignoring all the 'hints' that Kia taught me and chooses to breathe manually like an idiot instead of responding. I need to talk to Kia about this, she will know what's wrong.

"I think it is beam." I look at the rune for concentration and can only sigh internally.

- Nova POV -

So today this the day, earth king Moore needs that fertile yaun soil and Satan has it firmly in his grasp. I am currently Infront of a giant floating mountain range on the outskirts of the bloody empire.

I take a deep breath and float into the mountain range, I feel like I flew through a spider web but I push on. A spirit power locks onto me, a soft approach as if it doesn't want to disturb me and is only watching. I shudder knowing this is likely Satan the peak false god peeking at me but since he hasn't made any moves then he is probably not all that interested and is mildly curious at best.

I see a figure approaching me with wings behind its back and glowing armor, on closer inspection my eyes almost pop out at the familiar face. This lady who is flying at me looks similar to a certain short blue hair Oni from an anime where the main character has bad PTSD from dying too much. She is missing the maid outfit but since I recently watched the show with Alice I can see the similarity.

"Prepare to die, trespasser!" I at this point remember a similar scene happening to Chen Rui, this must be Raizen's daughter Tiffany. This girl has split personality disorder which is caused by her dark and light physique and it constantly shifts causing her personality to shift with it.

"No." I pull out an Uno card and flick it in her direction with a hint of destruction power on it and it cuts off a wing. Her eyes go wide once she feels the missing wing and how it put her off course and she flew past me on my left.

I feel the gaze from before strength and a pressure comes out from all directions as a man appears a few feet away from me.

"Settle down Tiffany, he is a guest and we should see what he needs. He must be here for something if he came into my mountain." I put on my best smile and give a shirt nod, on the inside I am sweating bullets though. This man is a freak of nature, his pressure is like a hand squeezing my whole body and I debate pulling out the artifacts and fleeing with my life.

I then remember the pitiful orphan black dragon girl that has the soil I need and I resolve to collect before I leave.

"Hello, I was told I can find Fertile Yaun soil in these mountains, and my friend the earth king needs it to recover his strength. Can I ask if you have it and if so can I trade for it?" His spirit power is like rough hands patting me down and I feel like throwing up imagining it so I just keep eye contact, this disgrace will be repaid in the future, you old bastard!

"Offer something, you have three chances to impress me and if you fail then I will kill you on the spot." I smile internally and plan to set this old guy up. If I bring the flower out first he will be suspicious but if I do it last like Chen Rui in a last-ditch effort he will believe it.

I pull out a chunk of my mystery blue ore and offer it to him and he shakes his head.

"I do not need a heart of a dead star." I pump my fist finally getting a hint at the material's name and potential origin.

I take out the crown of wave and offer it since it gives off a pure water element that can't be compared to anything in the demon world.

"Take that to the water king if you want to trade with the crown of wave then it's a no. One more chance and then death so make it good and bring out the real goods." I make a show of gritting my teeth and closing my eyes. I open them with a hopeful expression as a red flower appears in my hand and instantly disappears.

"Deal, find the soil yourself, and then leave. I will be watching so mind where you tread." And with that, he is gone, or at least his avatar is.

I look back at Tiffany who is glaring at my head and I give a wave before I blast off into the forest to search for a miser dragon. Cant show interest in Tiffany Infront of Satan or he will think something is up, I can give her a flier in bloody empire and have her summon me to the temple of destruction dimension. I am confident in teleporting in there because Chen Rui's system teleport could go in and it cost him not that much more than teleporting to the human world.

I find a cave with a rich supply of earth energy pouring out of it and walk inside, I spot a girl with long black hair hanging upside down while holding her stomach.

"Are you ok?" I ask and she falls and lands on her head with a loud thud.

"Who dares wake me up!" She puts her fist up and when she sees me she launches out and hits my cheek. I don't even move and just look down into her dark eyes as her cheeks slowly flush at her failure. "Who are you!? You trespass into my cav-." She stops screaming when I pull out a rack of ribs and wave them in the air spreading the smell.

"Forgive me and you can have it." She nods and I hold the ribs out for her and in one comically large bite, she eats the whole thing, bones and all. Stars appear in her eyes as she crunches the ribs and puts her hands together under her face.

"Please Sir, can I have some more." Her stomach grumbles and I smile pulling out some drumsticks.

"Go slow and enjoy the flavor." She nods and takes smaller bites as I pick up the Fertile Yaun soil. "Here, I will give you all these gems and food in this ring for this little rock." She snatches the ring and sniffs it.

"How do I use this magical treasure, mom told me about these space treasures!" This poor little orphan was left all alone in Satan's mountain by her dying mom.

"Put some spirit energy into it and you will see everything inside." Soon a gem appears on her palm and her eyes shine as she tries to bite into it. I bonk her on the head and she rubs the bruise with tears in her eyes.

"Why?!" I drop a Phenix tear onto her and she stops rubbing the spot, overkill because I am rich.

"It's valuable, you eat food, not valuables, didn't your mom teach you that." She nods hearing the pride of dragons slogan and puts the gem back before pulling out some mac and cheese.

"I can have the rock?" She shakes her head and hides the ring in her shirt.

"Cant." I raise a brow at her. "I need it to eat because it's the only thing that comes back after I take a bite of it." it regenerates after a part is used and she uses it for infinite food.

"You eat a source of the earth and survive?" In canon, her stomach becomes stone and hurts for a few days before she heals with her black dragon Physique.

"Yea, it tastes bad and causes pain but it always comes back so I can take more bites!" She continues to eat different things from the ring and I find this is like watching Dodo. Both would make good friends and could put an empire into debt with their stomachs.

"How about I pay you any price you want and you let me have it." She frowns and pulls out her fingers and counts them a few times.

"one hundred crystal coins or no deal." She puts her arms over her chest with a fierce look to scare me off but it reminds me of a puppy.

"Deal." I toss her a prepared coin purse and she rips it open in disbelief.

"You are rich?" She drools as she sees the shiny coins.

"The richest." She looks at me like I am the brightest light in her world and wipes her eyes. " I will hire you if you want, you can work for me and I will pay you mountains of crystal coins."

"Ok, let's go quickly!" She stops and bites her lips. "I need to hit demon overlord before I am allowed to leave." And by hitting the overlord she will have her soul imprinted fully by Satan and almost become his puppet, I can save her from that so long as she can leave and find me before fully converting.

"Here, rip this when you have hit overlord and have traveled out into the world and want to find me." I give her a summon pamphlet and it's one to bring her to me and only her.

Satan appears in the room and looks at both of us before nodding.

"You are done here and can leave, now go." My vision swims and I feel something try to attach to me as I appear outside the mountain. I equip all the artifacts and the feeling stops.

I teleport to a few random locations before heading back home, he shouldn't know I am Nova so I might be safe for now even if he realizes his mark failed.
