Charging Forces!

"Are they dead?" Kingsley said, poking their bodies.

"No, but they're not going to wake up for a while, no normal human can. But, I made sure to only expose part of their arms to not damage the clothes, Pete can slip into one of these easily. However, you two might be the issue." Aza said, pointing to the two of them.

"First thing first, let's move them inside of this truck so you guys can change to being with, while you guys change in there I'll look out. If I bang the truck twice then trouble will come, okay?" Aza said leaving the three in agreement.

CHAPTER 21: Charging Forces!

"Alright let's go." She ended it by going to the side of the van.

"Koji you're taller than me so you change into the other men's uniform," Kingsley said

"That's fair. Alright, Pete, ready to play spy?" Koji said turning around to Pete was who looking down,

"Who's Pete? This is Brett Goodlooking at your service." Pete said posing with the new outfit.

"Aren't you in your 40's!?" Kingsley and Koji both said at the same time in the same shocked voice.

"Nope, I'm barely 21," Pete said, starting to flex his muscles, earning a couple of disgusted faces from Kingsley and Koji.

"Koji, please. Hurry up. Please." Kingsley said in a disappointed tone.

"Yeah, I should." Koji agreed as he started to change.

"Oh, Koji you got a scar on your hip," Kingsley said in a surprised tone

"Eh? Oh, I do, I wonder how I got that." Koji said in an uninterested tone.

"Oh and I'm the weird one," Pete said in a monotone voice.

"Alright I'm ready, let's go!" Koji said he ran and jumped out of the van.

"Finally! You three are slowpokes." Aza said, starting to walk forward.

"I wasn't even getting dressed!" Kingsley said

"Don't care," Aza responded, making Kingsley angry.

"Sorry to cut your argument short, but do you realize where we are?" Pete said, causing the others to look around their surroundings.

"Now that you mention it, is this a... Parking lot?" Aza said seeing the different kinds of vans and cars lined up on the side.

"What's even more creepy is that every vehicle in here has the same symbol, a sun above a red fist. What does that even mean?" Kingsley said

"Oh, there's something up ahead," Pete said pointing to a wall that had two holes and in the middle of it had a glass window.

"Oh... Oh no! That's a gate! We can walk in there! Even with the outfits, we don't have badges" Aza said

"What are we gonna do!?" Kingsley yelled in a very distressed voice.

"I don't know, I don't know," Aza responded just as distressed and animated as Kingsley.

"We're doomed." Pete follows through.

"Heh," Koji says with a slight laugh.

"What's so funny!?" The three of them responded to Koji laughing at them in distress.

"Did you really think... Koji started before pulling out two badges from the workers from earlier.

"We're saved, we're saved!" They said they hugged Koji tight. "I- I wouldn't think ahead." Koji managed to muster out from the tight hug. "Please, oxygen," Koji said before they all let him go and he took a deep breath.

"Sorry," The three of them said in unison

"Are you trying to kill me!? For being thoughtful!?"

"Calm down, you didn't die did you?" Kingsley said with a chuckle

"I could've"

"Well, we just wanted to thank you for thinking ahead!" Aza said, earning a nod from Pete and Kingsley.

I didn't do anything crazy and we could have always turned around and grabbed them and came back." Koji said charsihing his air.

"To be honest, I would rather be captured than walking back all that distance," Aza said earning a Same. from Pete and Kingsley.

"You guys have no hope. Speaking of no hope you two act like your prisoners with no hope so we can get through whatever this place is." Koji said, grabbing Kingsley and putting both of Kingsley's hands behind his back, Pete doing the same to Aza.

They walked up to the glass window and the man who was leaning on the chair with one hand holding a book, the second one reaching for a doughnut and his mouth had a cigarette.

"Excuse me, sir, we have these two prisoners we believe work for the Undershow Agency. They were trying to break into one of our company vans but we caught them in the act. Good thing me and my partner here caught up to these troublemakers so we can give them to our leader." Pete said with audible sweat yet the tone was perfect and it was hard to detect any lies.

"Alright, well just do procedure 121 and have them into prison cells with the help of squad 6." The man said not even looking up from his book, not even once. "Okay, thanks, sir." They said they walked right by and into the facility.

"Shoot, I should've asked for verification! Oh well." The man said going back to eating his doughnut and reading his book.

"Well, that was easy! He didn't even ask for the badges at al- Wow." Aza said cutting herself off was taken by the amazement of how fantastic the area they were standing in was. It was like a modern-day mall but an agency. It was bigger than their agency and dare they say a bit nicer.

"Okay, this is sick!" Koji said more awake than before being taken off guard as well.

"Alright, this is really good-looking and all but this really works against us. We're down here to find Alfred and as it stands, this place is so big, where do we even look?" Kingsley said, looking around in pure awe regardless of what he said.

"Well, I have a hunch he is over in this direction," Pete said, pointing to the right of them and seeing a giant hallway there.

"Why?" They all said in unison.

"A hunch," Pete responded and started to walk over.

"I mean, I can't argue with that," Koji said following Pete.

"We're doomed." Aza and Kingsley said to each other and started to walk over to them.

After a little while of walking there, we're starting to feel tired.

"Look, we walked right and found nothing so far, let's turn back and let's see if we can find something else," Aza said

"Wait!" Kingsley said, then started to sniff the air. "I smell food! We should totally go in this direction!" Kingsley said excitedly.

"Usually I disagree with Kingsley's dumbness like eating food while we're looking for our leader, however, we need the energy to work faster," Aza said

"Yeah, we need this," Koji said and Pete took a deep breath and just nodded his head.

"Alright, the full team agrees so let's do it!" Kingsley said walking down and walking into the room on the right that was labeled Kitchen and everyone followed.

Once they walked in it was full of members of their agency and there they were sticking out like sore thumbs, not in the attire.

"Okay, no one sees us yet. Let's grab some quick bowls and just go up there, get our food, eat and bounce with the least amount of problems possible." Koji said.

"Are you crazy? We should just turn around." Aza said and Pete shook his head to agree, but left Kingsley and Koji with a face of disgust and disappointment.

"Fine! Let's go in, a quick bowl and we're out!" Pete said, making the two boys happy.

"Alright, keep a low profile." Aza said to Kingsley and Koji.

"Alright, mom," Kingsley said, making Koji chuckle a bit and making Aza hit the back of Kingsley's head.

They found the line and we're slowly moving up in the line to get their food, that's when each of them was handed bowls, however, not without a glance from what they could only assume is a chef but for some reason, it didn't feel like a glance of suspicion more of a glance of sadness. They went to a table and sat down in the back of the cafeteria to make sure they couldn't be seen by the naked eye. For the second time on the mission, it was peaceful for them, they barely had to break a sweat.

"Kingsley, what got you smiling like this," Koji asked, opening his eyes to look at Kingsley who was smiling after every time he took a bite of his food. "The food can't be that good," Koji said, trying to remember if his food was that good.

"Oh, I mean it's not Pete cooking but it's decent, but that's not why I'm smiling," Kingsley said in a whisper that only Koji can hear.

"Why are you smiling then?"

"Wel-" Kingsley started but was cut off.

"Hello, Kingsley." Someone said right next to Kingsley in a bone-chilling tone which made him tense up. "Who the hell are you?" Koji said in the same tone. The man was wearing a hat and a coat but was hiding his face blending into the darkness of the back corner. "Koji, why are you still being so hostile to me? You should sense who I am from your Zoe." The man said still in the same tone. "Wait," Pete said in a shocked tone yet with the biggest smile the three had ever seen.

"Even so... You shouldn't be so mean to blind people." The man said, which made Kingsley, Koji, and Aza's jaws drop with shock.

"Zeph!" They all yelled in a whisper as Aza went to hug him from across the table.

" It's great to see you guys again after being out of state for so long."

"How did it go?" Everyone was excited to hear some good news.

"Well, if good news is what you're looking for then I cannot deliver on that promise. We were caught during our stakeout and have been here in Ground 0 ever since. It's not just a hidden facility, it's a prison. I managed to pose as someone who used to work here but I lurk in the shadows getting information on the other Top-Five here, however, all I know is there alive." Zeph finished leaving a sad tone in his voice.

"That's not the news I thought I heard," Pete said in a sad tone

"What was the mission even about?"

"It was to do some simple spying on an owned piece of property that was having strange sightings about a gateway or something along those lines. At first, everyone thought it was propaganda however, more and more the evidence and pieces started to line up. That's when our researchers noticed a weird symbol: a sun above a red fist." Zeph said, which made Aza gasp.

"That's the symbol on the vehicles in that parking lot!"

"Bingo. It's this new government symbol so we started to get suspicious of who they are so we went out of state to investigate. However, they found us out trying to steakout and we've been here looking for a means of escape." Zeph said with a sigh shaking his head.

"So, this talk about gateways and propaganda, is it true?" Kingsley asked making everyone silent because deep down everyone there wanted to know if it was true.

"I can't confirm if it's true, however, whatever they're trying to protect they'll go a long way to protect it.

"Well, I knew you guys were coming from some leaked information from another guard saying how they got someone of high value. I did some more digging going from guard to guard and heard that it was Alfred. I was going to charge in and save him but I decided to wait for backup."

"Nice! Well, now we can get our fellow members and bust out of here!" Koji said with a smile.

"Speaking of the other Top-Fives, how do we get to them? I need to ask Hesita something important. ?" Aza asked Zeph.

"Well... I haven't figured out all the details but I have set a plan. First thing first, Is it just you four?"

"In the facility now? Yes. However, Apollo, Dion, and a new member named Z will be here soon. Unless they were idiots and took a different path then I don't see why they shouldn't see the S.O.S I left on the floor before being captured." Koji said

"I need to do this now! Kingsley! Aza! Cover for me!"

"So that's what you did!" Aza and Kingsley said in a surprised tone.

"Yup I'm pretty smart and before you do it no hugs! Not from you three secret assassins ever again." Koji said backing away from them a little

"That was an accident, it'll never happen again we swear!" They all said reaching their hands to try to hug him!"

"Get away you demons! I'll use force!" Koji said, making them all laugh under their breaths trying to keep it down to not seem suspicious.

"That's great! This plan can work!" Zeph said out of nowhere making the four stop fighting.

"Yup, great plan! However, I think Koji missed some things about it. Can you explain it again?" Aza said making Koji have a surprised face.

"Well, the plan is, Pete and Kingsley can go towards the prison area and break out Hestia and Erebos. While those two do that we three can take the role of freeing Alfred. I know exactly where he is locked up, however, it's being heavily guarded by some strong men. I can sense their Zoe through the walls when I'm close. So the moment we try to save him...We enter a battle against the strongest force here! I call this plan "Charging Forces!"

"Plan Charging Forces? I like it!" Koji says with a menacing smirk.

"Speaking of forces, how are we supposed to get Koji swords back?" Kingsley pointed out to the swordless Koji.

"Yeah! This is a man we should listen to! How do I get my swords back!? Z just gave them to me and he looks like the one to give you lip about losing something like those swords! Plus, they're really cool!" Koji said in a worried voice.

"Well, if they're not rare or anything, they'll be locked up in the confinement room where they keep everything else."

"Has in rare, if It's always emitting high levels of Zoe when not touched for a while, would that make it fall under rare?" Koji asked, praying that it wasn't the case.

"Well, It might not be seen as rare, but something emitting high levels of Zoe at all times would be put under suspicion so, not rare but still treated as rare."

"Well, I'm not a good enough fighter to fight off strong people without swords. So, we'll have to retrieve them."

"Fair enough. If they're not in the confinement room then they've been taken to the boss room for inspection, there they'll either go back to the confinement room because it's proven to be nonvaluable or taken to the treasure room. Which is just confinement room B but with a lot more valuable things to look at." Zeph said

"Alright so, our job is to retrieve the swords and break Alfred put them?" Aza said stretching and yawning.

"Bingo we have a winner!"

"Alright, what about Apollo, Dion, and Z?" Pete asked in a confused tone.

"Well if they're coming as soon as you guys say they are, they'll be the distraction and back up."

"Oh, so we're just using them as a stepping tool and not part of the actual plan?" Pete asked again.

"Bingo. Since we can account for them actually being here on time or at all, we'll add them in as if they do get here then they'll do this. If any of you see them, inform them about their roles as backup. If none of us sees them they'll be a distraction because they'll work without our plan!" Zeph said with an evil smirk.

"For a blind man, you really can see a lot," Koji said with amazement in his tone.

"It's like he's not blind at all." Kingsley in the same tone.

"Well just because I'm blind doesn't mean I can't see," Zeph said, chuckling at the end before talking once more.

"Aza and Kingsley. Try to find outfits soon or people are going to notice. Since you walked the halls with guards no one going to look too much into it, but the more you test you're luck the faster luck starts to test you. Once you see the chefs go to the back for a quick break, commence with the plan. There are maps littered everywhere down here so you can find your way, Koji and Aza. I'll be joining you guys when you're making your way. Lastly, Pete?" Zeph asked, making Pete start to sweat.

"Yes?"

"How did you... Get such a good mustache?" Zeph asked.

"Huh? I mean, well it took time and skill, however, it grew pretty nicely now didn't it?"

"It did."

"Speaking of hair, remember when I thought I was having hair loss and you gave me that hair loss gel?"

"Oh yeah, you were freaking out so much you thought you couldn't cook anymore.

"Well, It worked because my hair right here is growing more and more, who would have thought?" Pete said, pointing to the spot of his head.

"See, it works well! There is also a get that can maintain a good mustache, I have one because it came in this pack I bought so I can give that to you as well to see if it helps you?"

"Really? I would really appreciate that thank you." Pete said they continue to ramble on.

"Old man issues." The three of them said with disturbed faces.

"We're not old!" they both said in unison making the three of them laugh.

"Well, I'm not sticking around to hear I'm old, I'll do some more info gathering and try to plan ahead you guys go on the cue. Tonight we break out of here! We're all going home!" Zeph said going into the shadows and masking his presence. Just like that, he was gone in the blink of an eye.

"Man oh, man! This is about to be so much fun!" Koji said with a smirk on his face.

"Yup all we have to do now is wait," Kingsley said

"Well while we wait, is anyone up for a game of 20 questions?"

"You're on!" The three of them said.

...

"Sorry, the place was Rachel's Inn," Aza said with a smirk.

"Bullshit! Who would have ever guessed that!?" Koji said slamming his fist on the table

"Dion would have," Aza said, shrugging her arms with the same smirk.

"I call a re-"

"Hold it there, the chefs just went to the back," Kingsley said making Koji start to smirk

"So it's about to start, the time where all hell breaks loose huh?"

"Why are you excited about this?" Pete asked.

"Well, It's been a while since I could dip my swords into someone's blood."

"You're going to therapy as soon as we get back," Aza said

"I can't be the only one excited for this? Kingsley, how are you feeling about this?"

"I'm excited you're excited," Kingsley said.

"See?" Koji said that's when Aza was going to say something but was cut off.

"Well, let's get moving because that's our cue!" Pete said, ending their argument short.

"He's right, let's go!" Kingsley said, making them all get up.

"I'm still right because he said he was excited for your excitement and not for the actual task at hand," Aza whispered next to him and stuck her tongue out at him before walking in front of him. "Damn, witch," Koji murmured under his breath and they all walked outside the kitchen.

"Welp, don't lose," Kingsley said with a smile

"We won't." Koji and Aza responded.

"Okay, here's where we split. You two better be careful, do your jobs and that's it." Pete said to Koji and Aza.

"No arguing either!" Pete said to them

"Okay, okay." They both said, walking away

"Don't go exploring unnecessary areas!" Pete yelled more the more they walked down the halls seeing Koji wave behind him.

"Make sure your shoes are tied!" Pete yelled one last time before seeing them go out of his distance.

"Let's go, Pete, we don't have all day!" Kingsley said to Pete

"Alright let's go- Where'd you get those clothes!?" Pete said looking at Kingsley fitted with the same design clothes as him.

"Well, why were you so busy worrying, I beat this man and shoved him into that locker unconscious, oh and of course stole his clothes! Now no more questions let's go!" Kingsley said walking in the opposite direction of Aza and Koji.

"Be safe," Pete said before turning around and walking catching up to Kingsley.

...

"He doesn't have the right to speak about my son."

"You mean my bosses n-"

"Don't you dare speak of him!"
