Oracle System

As Leo woke up, he heard the sound of the Oracle system being launched in his head. Feeling curious about the system, Leo addressed it while making his way to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for himself. "So, what are you?" he asked.

[ The Oracle system came into existence to organize the destiny threads that are in disarray ] replied the system.

After hearing that the system had the ability to respond, Leo thought that it would make things easier. He disregarded the part that mentioned destiny and became more interested in the organizing aspect. He then asked, "What kind of organizing are you referring to?" After a pause, he continued, "And what is the destiny thread that you are talking about?"

[ The world is moving forward according to the flow of destiny, and destiny in itself is composed of multiple destiny threads that follow the flow of destiny ] the system explained. It then proceeded to clarify its aims.

[ The Oracle system reads and supervises the order of these destiny threads. But sometimes, due to certain circumstances, the destiny thread becomes chaotic and disorganized, which causes the flow of destiny to break up into multiple directions and create multiple branches. Each branch of this pre-existing flow of destiny turns itself into a destiny thread, creating a whole new flow of destiny that is composed of the pre-existing destiny of the flow. ]

[ The purpose of the Oracle system is to identify these disorganized destiny threads, find the cause of their disturbance, register their cause, and then place them back into the destiny with a checkpoint that indicates their origins. The system then rebalances the order of destiny and protects the flow of destiny. ]

After hearing about the system's goals and why it exists, Leo proceeded to ask the system the question that left him most confused: "So, why are you in my head?"

[ The system had chosen him as its host after witnessing his amazing work organizing meaningless data into meaningful information as an Oracle Database Administrator. Upon the host's death, the system transmigrated him to this world after preparing host with dreams for a month. ]

After hearing about the nightmares in his past life due to the system, Leo decided to ask about his inability to remember those dreams now: "Why can't I remember the dreams that you showed me in my past life?"

[ Those dreams were to prepare the host for the new world and came from the flow of destiny. That's why the host saw the multiple lives of the body that he possessed. After the host transmigrated to this world, destiny changed, and all the things the host saw in his dreams ceased to exist. That's why the host can't remember the dreams, because they didn't happen in the first place. But host will remember all the emotions he had in the dreams. ]

Finally, after hearing the reason why he can't remember the dreams he saw in his past life, Leo decided to ask why the system chose this particular body: "Why did you choose the body of this person?"

[The body that the host possessed was a person who shouldn't exist in the first place. He was an anomaly resulting from an undefined breaking in the flow of destiny. ]

[ Anomaly refers to people who exist outside of the world flow. The system can't provide any other information due to insufficient authorization about the body of the host that he possessed. ]

Leo became irritated after learning he couldn't get any more information about young Leo and decided to confirm something: "The world is trying to get rid of anomalies, isn't it?"

[ Yes, the world will shape itself in a way that would eliminate the anomalies. ]

After getting the expected reply from the system, Leo thought 'that's why Young Leo was suffering all the injustices.' Leo once again felt anger towards the world, but it didn't last long. Leo had long stopped caring about the world, so he decided to ask about the insufficient authorization: "What is this insufficient authorization, and where can I get the required authorization?"

[ The host will gain more authorization with each system upgrade. ]

Leo heard about upgrading and decided to ask about it later. He then asked, "So, what do you want from me?"

[ System required the assistance of the host to organize the flow of destiny. ]

Leo found the idea of assisting the system in organizing the flow of destiny intriguing. However, he couldn't help but wonder why the system needed his help. "Can't you do it yourself?" he asked, feeling a little puzzled.

[ In the case of disruptions in the flow of destiny, there could be millions of possibilities for the cause of disturbances. The system needs the host's assistance to predict the cause using karma points. This helps to reduce the possibilities and create an anchor point for the system in the sea of probabilities ] the system explained.

After hearing the reason for the system's request, Leo considered accepting the task. However, before agreeing, he asked, "What benefit will I gain from helping you?"

[ The system will reward the host's assistance by helping the user become stronger ] the system replied.

Intrigued, Leo asked, "How does it work, and what are karma points?"

[ The first host may want to view the system interface. To do so, the host would need to think the word 'interface' in their mind ]

Leo followed the system's instructions and focused his thoughts on the word 'interface.' As he did so, the system responded by presenting him with the interface he needed to interact with.
