“What?!!!!” Carl cried after Larisa explained everything from her midnight missions with Kelvin, to the reason behind the island attack. Of course, she didn’t tell them about the blackmail with Kelvin and his true identity as the host of the blood demon.

But still, hearing everything she said, Carl slowly looked at Kelvin, and asked a number of questions in disbelief,

“… Wait, so you fought with the members of the eye fraternity?! But I thought you said you were going to report the activities of the fraternity to a demon hunter. Why didn’t you?!! And most importantly, while I was busy with the academy’s boring training activities, you were going on cool midnight missions with a hot girl?!!!”

“Thanks for the compliment, I guess. And honestly, I basically forced Ken to join me on that mission. I needed his strength. Also, I told him not to say anything to the demon hunters.” Larisa replied, with an expressionless face.
