"Zuri!" Everyone yelled one at a time. She was barely breathing. "Shit! She is barely breathing! Where is Tyde!" "I'm right here! Sorry I'm late. I had to heal someone. I can try to heal her now." Then he touched her head. "Oh. I can't heal her." "What do you mean you can't heal her?!" said Kade. "Kade calm down." Said Hazel. "I can't heal her because its not natural. It must have been something that my father did back when she was with him. It finally caught up to her." "Wait a second. You mean to tell me that your father was the bad guy?!" "Yes. He turned himself in. He or the officers will tell you what was going on. Until then I can only slow whatever this is down but I can't cure it." "Please." Once he slowed his down, Hazel picked her up. He took her to the infirmary and told them what happened and to keep slowing it.

Tyde went inside to the sheriff's office to get permission to see his father. They gave it and he went down. "Father. Zuri isn't doing to well. What did you do to her when she was 10 years old. So 8 years ago. I think what is happening to her could be caused by that. I couldn't heal her. Just slow whatever it was that was wrong with her." "Oh Uh this is the first it happened. Well at least I will be able to help with that. My blood. My blood is the antidote. It was a serum I tested on myself I was immune to. So if you inject my blood into her, she should be fine. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will. Sigh. Son. Do you think you could forgive me for what I have done?" "Father. Once I learned what the truth was I already forgave you. Then he ran to the infirmary and told the doctor what was going on. He got the equipment and followed Tyde to his father. They got permission to go down. "Father." Then someone opened the cell and had Tyde's father sit on the bed. While the doctor drew fathers blood. "How much does she need father?" "Just 4 Viles full. She should be fine. Its good that my blood comes out fast."

After the vials were full, the doc stayed and Tyde left in a hurry. Is here a nurse or a doctor free right now?" "Right here." Then she grabbed a tube to inject the blood into Zuri.

Hazel was sitting with Zuri. Kade was waiting outside worried. After a while, the blood made it all inside her. Now they had to wait to see if she would wake up.

It was a week and still no signs of waking up. It was about a full month before she started to have signs of waking up. She had eyes moving but that's it. Hazel recognized her movement. She was having a nightmare. "Shh. Its ok Zuri. I'm here. Hazels here. Kade is outside waiting for you." She had her mouth open now. More signs of waking up. Then she started scrunching her eyes.

" Zuri. Its ok. You can wake up. Dad should be home soon with the babies. They want to see their mother." She tried opening her eyes but the light was bugging her. "I wish we can do something about the sunlight but can't." "If that is the case." Said a nurse. I have something for that." She got something an put it on her eyes. "Ok this sleeve will help with the brightness until her eyes are used to it." "Thank you. OK now try opening your eyes." She tried opening her eyes, and finally was able to. She slowely turned her head and saw Hazel. "Hazel." "Yeah its me. Kade. She's awake." He went in slowly. "Hey sis." "Hey little bro. Hazel. How long was I out?" "You were out a whole month." "Are you serious?" "Yeah." "Can I sit up?" "Yeah let me and Kade help." Kade help me sit her up. "Much better thanks. So what happened?" Then Hazel explained what Tyde told them. "Hmm. I see. So you said dad should be home soon?" "Yeah with the kids." "When can I leave here?" "Let me get the doctor." The doctor came in to check on her. "Hello Zuri. How are you feeling?" "I feel fine now. Like I had a long sleep." "Ok well I would suggest you stay for another 2 days then you can go home." "OK sounds like a plan." Two days later she went home. Her father would be there in a few hours.

Someone was at the door since it was open. I looked and it was father and Uria with the kids. Oh and uncle too with their baby. "Hey dad. Mom baby brother. Hey my little ones. Its ok you can put Rio down. I'm just tired not injured anymore." Then let him down and he jetted over to me. "Mama!" He jumped into my arms. "Hey my little man. Mommy missed you. Did you keep your brother safe?" "Yes." Hazel took Seth from dad.

"Hey Seth. Did you give grandma and grandpa a hard time?" "Haha he did a little bit. Its strange. Once Rio was there, he started to calm down. Maybe that is one of his powers?" said Uria. "No. Its blood related. I wish it was a power. Who knows it could be." Said Hazel. "Hey Uncle. I haven't seen Soma. Is he Kei and Kai ok?" "Relax they are fine. They should be back here to see you. Soma got seriously hurt after you left. I will have a substitute for him as your bodyguard." "Actually uncle. I was going to talk to you and father about that. Can I have another bodyguard that can alternate with Soma?" "Yes we were talking about that too. We decided to stop here on the way home." "Did Soma suggest who would be the best one?" "Yes he did. We will check her out." "Oh a her? Even better."

Time when on. Kei and Kai came over with Soma. "Hey Zuri." "Oh hey." I ran over and hugged the 3 of them. "I'm so glad you 3 are ok." I cried. "I'm sorry I had to leave you 3. Its all my fault." "Hey its ok. We are fine. I'm fine." said Soma. "I know but you got seriously hurt." "I'm fine. I'll have a scar but a battle scar is attractive to women. Haha." "As long as your alive, I guess its ok. He had Kade. When me and Soma got there, they had Kade. I couldn't leave my brother there." "Its ok Zuri." Then Soma hugged her. She hugged him back. Then finally she calmed down. "Are you ok now?" "Yeah sorry. I was just worried about you 3."

Uncle had already gone home as well as dad. Now it was just my family and Tyde. "Are you really ok? You almost died. If I hadn't have gotten the antidote, you would have died. You didn't even have a day." "Thank you for saving me Tyde." "No problem."

It was finally a year after the battle. All of our birthdays including Tyde's already passed. Since the battle has passed and none have happened for awhile, we decided to go to the orphanage." Tyde had gotten married himself. Kade is going to watch the boys while we go to the orphanage. Tyde and his wife went with us. His wife couldn't have kids because of an accident. So they chose to adopt as well.

We went in and talked to the lady and the man in charge. "Hello my name is Zuri. This is Hazel. I would like to look at the little girls." Then Tyde introduced himself and his wife and they looked at girls and boys. "What ages would you 4 like?" "Uh how about 3 and 4?" For my girls. Then Tyde said, "Girls and boys around 1 year up to 4 as well." "OK right this way. Said the woman to me and Hazel. The man guided Tyde and his wife.

We went inside where the girls were. All the girls were doing something they loved inside the room they were told to wait in. I saw a little girl in the corner. Hazel saw where I was looking and smiled. "Hello there. What is your name little girl?" "My-My name is Arya." "My name is Zuri. This here is my husband Hazel. How old are you?" "I'm 3 years old." "OK Arya. Are you close to anyone here?" "N-no." "Ok would you like to come home with us?" "Really?" "Yes." I said. "Also we will be bringing home one more. That is why we asked if you were close." "Would you like to pick out your sister?" "O-ok." Then she looked around and saw a sweet little girl. "How about her? Her name is Aquata. People call her Aqua." Then we went to her to talk. "Hello Aqua." Said Hazel. "Hello." She was playing with her dolly. "How old are you?" " I 3 year old." "Would you like to come home with us and be a family with Arya here?" She looked at Arya and smiled. "Yep." "Ok follow us." Then I went back to the lady once we chose the little girls. "Oh so you chose Arya and Aquata. Its good Arya got a home. She wouldn't interact with anyone. I hope she will get confidence soon. As for Aqua here. She has always been a sweet girl. Here are their charts. Read about them and see if you still want to adopt them." "No matter what they have been through, it won't stop us from adopting them." "OK here they are." We looked at Arya's first. We were shocked about what we read. Then we read Aquata's chart. She felt sad too. "Ok. Can we get a copy of their charts?" "Sure." Then we saw Tyde going to the 3- and 4-year-old girls to look. They saw a boy with them. Then she gave us the copies and told the kids to go pack.

While they were getting help packing, I saw Tyde bring out a little girl. "Oh who might these two be?" I asked. "The little boy is named Pax. He is 4 and the little girl Echo is only 3 year old. She is his sister by blood." "Oh how nice. Have fun with those two. Maybe we can have the kids get together and play sometime." "Yeah. That would be nice." Said Tyde's wife Ameila. My kids one of the girls Arya is full demon and the other Aquata is half demon. Just like my boys. Rio looks half and Seth looked demon. Then they went to pack while Tyde and Amelia looked over the kids charts. They looked mad at what happened. "Can we get a copy of their charts." "Sure." Then once the copies were done, the kids were done packing and it was time for us to leave. We walked home together.

We got to main street and went our separate ways to our own places. "Ok this is our place girls. Go on in." Once they went in, I called Kade. "Kade. Are you here?" "Yeah be right out of the room!" He came out with the boys. "Oh who do we have here?" "These are the girls we adopted. This is Arya. this is Aquata. Aqua for short." "Hello little girls. I'm your uncle Kade. These are your brothers. This is Rio who is 2 and Seth is 1 year old." Arya smiled. "Aww they are so cute." She squeezed Rio's cheeks. Then he ran to uncle Kade. "Its ok. He will get used to you in time." "Ok lets show you to your room."

They went into their room and saw two beds. They saw their names. "I went ahead and called while you were packing. They got the room ready." I put their stuff down and packed their stuff. "Would you girls love to rest? Would you like to play with your brothers?" They decided to play with their brothers.
