Danzo

Deep within a dimly lit cave, a man named Danzo watched with eager anticipation. He had dispatched a group of his most skilled Anbu operatives to ensure that Kai was captured. The operatives entered the cave, their mission seemingly successful.

"Great job," Danzo commended as he saw Kai, now bound by ropes, being brought in. His gaze shifted toward the captive.

"So, you're the one causing all this trouble," he remarked.

Kai's eyes met Danzo's as he inquired, "What do you want?"

Danzo's lips curved into a sly smile. "Not much, really. I'm quite intrigued by your... unique abilities. I have a proposition for you—join my cause."

Kai's brow furrowed. "And what's in it for me?"

Danzo's response carried a hint of persuasion. "You'll be safeguarding the village, a noble duty and reward."

Kai's response was direct. "No."

Danzo's gaze returned to Kai, his expression a blend of annoyance and calculation. "You're underestimating the stakes here," he retorted. "Konoha is facing threats you can't even fathom. I offer you a chance to be part of the solution. I will be Hokage, and I'll lead Konoha to greatness."

Kai's response was laced with skepticism. "Greatness? How would you define this.. Greatness?"

Danzo replied, "I will lead Konoha to be the greatest village, to rule over the whole continent and ensure peace."

Kai answered, "At what cost would this dream take..?"

Danzo's demeanor shifted, his voice carrying a hint of frustration. "I will do anything for the greater good.. I will be the one to become Hokage. You don't understand the complexities of leadership, the sacrifices that must be made to protect the village."

Kai's retort was sharp. "And do you understand the line between protecting and controlling?"

Danzo's gaze hardened. "This village needs a firm hand, a leader willing to make the tough choices."

Kai's expression remained unyielding. "Tough choices don't always mean the right choices."

Danzo's demeanor shifted, he chose to ignore Kai's opinion; and his tone shifted more seriously. "You will follow me, or you will face the consequences."

Kai met Danzo's intensity with his own resolve. "It seems like you truly are not fit to be Konoha's leader."

Danzo's attention turned to the two Anbu operatives at his side. "Kill him."

However, the operatives hesitated, their actions defying his orders. "What are you doing!? I told you to eliminate him!" Danzo shouted in frustration.

Danzo's expression shifted, a realization dawning on him. The Anbu operatives were acting strangely—Kai had likely put them under some kind of illusion.

"Curses," Danzo muttered, frustration evident in his tone. He then revealed his hands, each adorned with the unmistakable Sharingan. "I will kill you."

With an intense glare, Danzo channeled his chakra, unleashing his Wind Blade technique. The air crackled as the powerful jutsu surged toward Kai. But Kai had a plan of his own—he summoned his wrath aura, a shield of energy that deflected the attack. Capitalizing on the moment, he countered with a swift slash aimed at Danzo.

The clash was short-lived. "Well, that settles that," Kai remarked with a mix of finality and satisfaction.

Just as Kai was about to turn away, he almost put his guard down until he sensed a presence. A blade materialized, accompanied by the reappearance of Danzo. The tension escalated once more, and Kai's response was laced with bemusement.

"Oh? I could've sworn you were already dead," he quipped. Immediately, Kai unleashed his Wrath Aura to once more battle against Danzo

Kai's relentless assault continued, his movements a blur of energy. He delivered blow after blow, each one pushing Danzo closer to defeat. But Danzo's use of Izanagi proved to be an infuriatingly effective counter.

As Kai's blade found its mark and Danzo seemingly fell, the darkness of Izanagi enveloped Danzo, erasing his fate and rewriting the moment. Danzo's reappearance was punctuated by a renewed assault, each time catching Kai off guard. His mastery over wind-style jutsu became evident as he utilized it in increasingly creative ways to mount his attacks.

Wind Style: Vacuum Palm! A sudden burst of wind slammed into Kai, knocking him off balance. But Kai swiftly regained his footing, his Wrath aura forming a protective barrier against the onslaught of wind. The repeated cycle of defeat and revival demonstrated Danzo's cunning and resourcefulness.

Kai adapted his strategy, predicting Danzo's unpredictable revivals. With each encounter, Kai anticipated Danzo's reappearances, ready to counter the wind-style attacks that followed and once more, kill him in the process.

Eventually, Kai was getting bored of this unecessary attacks. His voice sounded. "That's enough."

Kai invoked his Sin of Nullification once more, his touch immediately rendering all the Sharingan eyes in Danzo's possession useless. The once-piercing crimson gaze dimmed, leaving Danzo visibly shocked and disarmed.

Danzo's voice held a mix of disbelief and anger. "You—what have you done?"

Kai's response was resolute, a stern expression crossing his features. "Consider it a little gift. You'll experience life without the power you held over others. And don't think for a second that I won't be watching you."

Danzo's bewilderment gave way to a simmering anger, his pride wounded by the sudden loss of his formidable abilities. "You'll regret this, demon."

A faint smile played on Kai's lips, an edge of amusement in his tone. "We'll see about that."

"If you ever try to attack me, I'll welcome it.. but don't expect me to spare you the next time." However, Kai's thoughts turned to Teuchi and Ayumi, his concern for their safety a pressing matter.

"Ah, right," Kai mused aloud, his tone one of realization. "I suppose I'll have to ensure you won't harm them."

He activated his power of Lust, ensuring that Danzo will not harm them in an effort of vengeance towards Kai.

'That will do' Kai thought to himself. He could block Danzo from attacking him with his Power of Lust, however, that would be no fun wouldn't it?
