Chapter 4: Irritating Mission

"so... They come in group with more than 20 individual... And has at least 15 cm tall... Also robbing the jewelry... Geez, it'll be hard to find the mastermind..." Think Zayden (Ace) serious.

Suddenly Joker flinched, the right hand of Joker which holding that thing immediately slam the head of that demon on the wall. "Something wrong?" Ask the commander stern.

"Nothing, this thing bites" says Joker as he now put the demon in upsidedown position on the table so it wouldn't move too much.

"I can't believe it someone like this exist as my teammates" think Ace.

"And what will we do to solve this? Can we use flamethrower or bombs?" Ask Joker.

"Hm.... It is possible and efficient, but we need backup plan in case the location was near gas station or something that easily exploded" say Queen approved and also told the consequences of that method.

"Well... Mind to put that thing on the table?" Ask commander make Joker a bit surprised.

"You serious? Don't blame me if it bite" say Joker nonchalantly as he suddenly shake that thing rudely to make it immobile when taken out of the sack. That thing immediately fell on the table seem wobbly and cannot stand up after that shake and upsidedown position.

"So, this is the creature?.... So small..." Comment Queen

"This will be the most irritating mission I ever have" grumble Ace

"Is this thing still has any use here? If not... I'll just throw it in incinerator" say Joker casually as he still poking that imp with pen. "I can't believe someone would say it that casual, he really treat this imp like a trash".

"Let's just examine it a bit. Speaking about teamwork with the other team... Which team that possibly join us?" Ask King to Commander.

"Team Heart since they're our closest ally. The other team still in discussion for this teamwork" say commander.

Team Heart was another team built by the other commander. They also have formidable force rivalling the Spade Team. Both of these teams also included in top 10 of the most formidable secret forces team, both of the team has the young members and least amount of members, only 4 members. They all recruited not based from age but their capabilities of power and talent they have.

But the bad side is... Not all 'gifted' secret forces members that talented when using their power at the first time. Many of them was enemy one another, the traumatic past, different age, the envy and greed amongst them make them sometimes attack each other. The old corrupt people sometimes misused their gifted power to gains fame, money, and more power. But, the military 'specialized' jail was never empty, the traitor and corrupt member will be left to rot in it.

The current commander of Spade Team was Commander Atlas and the Heart Team was Commander Jacob, both are close friends and always spend time afterwork to play poker and have alike mind. Beside that, Commander Atlas has wide connection, not only in the country but global. This is making him one of formidable commander in the chief's eye.

"Anyway... I wonder what kind of power you guys have?" Ask Ace curious.

"Oh? So you're curious huh? Well let's just make this as our 'introduction'" says King, seems he's interested in this part.

"Alright, I'm... Ace. My power is... Electricity, I can infuse it to my twin sword to make my attack more effective" say Ace with proud tone.

"Wow that's useful power you have!" Queen enthusiastic says

"Useful indeed, can you charge my phone?" Say Joker casually.

"Hell no, why would I do that?" say Ace irritated. After that everyone look at the King, the most reliable one at any condition.

"Hm... My turn? Okay... Greetings, my nickname is 'King' my power is light power, a bit similar to Ace power I can infuse my light power to my sword too. I can summon shield from my light energy" the introduction from him makes the tense of the room ease a bit since the introduction of 'light' energy was sounds holy. Now they turns to Queen.

"Hi, I'm Queen. I can heal people with my power, and I have some knowledge in chemical. If you need something just call me" introduce her with enthusiasm and positive energy to others.

"That's nice of you having positive energy to light up the mood. And now.... This random guy's turn" say Ace with a bit sour tone in the end of sentence.

"Pffft- still offended huh? Aight. My nickname is Joker, my power is from opposite element from King, just guess it. My hobby is making people got high blood pressure" say Joker casually with annoying tone to Ace.

"You... Well not wrong with your hobby though... The opposite? So you're a dark element wielder?" Say Ace as the Joker response with chuckles.

"... You right, 100 points! I didn't expect from that you have angry issues... Hehe that's what my power comes from, negative energy"

"So that's why you can getting annoying each seconds... Anyway what weapon did you use?"

"Anything, daggers, axe, even bombs you name it" say him as he make the imp stop moving.

Now they're silent as they thinking the way to catch the culprit efficiently. Only silence and the grunting little imp sound in the room. Then the King try to give an idea.

"Wait... Do we have any tracker or something?"

"Interesting way of thinking. Yes I think we have in our disposal" say commander amused.

"Oh! Maybe can we just put the tracker inside... Hehe, I mean 'slip' it inside the imp so it won't fell off easily? A little bit of operation?" Ask Joker send everyone into silence even the imp on his hand froze.

"The hell this guy said?!!" Think Ace but he also agree that this method will be way efficient.

"Unusual... But worth to try, I'll contact the informant" but suddenly Ace cutting. "Wait, why is 'informant' working for this?" Ask him curious.

"Our informant wasn't just an informant, he's out IT you can say he's quite a hacker or something. He's good in this part" say him while sending message to him through his phone.

Soon after few minutes, the door opened. A person with a messy hair, long sleeves black jacket, and his sleepy cyan eyes glows as he entered this dark room with only projection screen on.

"Oh hey.... You called about.... Tracker? I got the device" Say him a bit sleepy tone, there's also a bit darker shade under his eyes, this is the true form of the informant. He seem holding a gun like device , then the Joker placed the imp at the right position so the Informant can inject the detection device inside the imp.

"Everything is done, the tracker works well in my tablet too" say Informant with a yawn and sleepy tone.

"Sooo.... Where should I dump this lil fella?" Say Joker still choking the imp for biting his hand attempt. His tip of finger was slim and sharp, enough to choke someone and even make them having sensation of punctured by those cold fingers. The imp was still squirming with low shrieks.

"Just put it to where you find it first" King suggest with firm tone.

"Okay then" say Joker as he leaves the room, ready to throw this imp like a trash.

At the lone street, he look around see there's no one see him holding this sack with imp in it. Once he about to dump it someone tap him on shoulder.

"No littering here, boy" says a police making his heart stopped more than a beat.

"What a strange mask you got there, are you a cosplayer?" Ask him again with curiosity.

"Hehe, yeah I just got home from the event. It's pretty crowded there" lie Joker to the police, somehow convincing.

After few minutes of chatting, the police then leave to continue his patrol. He waited several seconds to look around making sure everything is safe and no witnesses. After some double checking he take out the imp and throw it into the sewer hole.

"Now go to your master, little sh#t"
