Tim yelled shawna's name. Shawna knew something was wrong so she came out of bathroom running towards her husband
"What happened Tim, why are yelling is something wrong" said Shawna
"Something, everything is wrong I just had my worst nightmare I am totally shook, Shawna I am petrified please help me out" said Tim
"You're just overthinking and over exaggerating it by the way I took appointment from the respcient, now get ready you don't have to be late all the time, now get going " said Shawna
When Tim fanning was getting ready he heard that deafening noise again but this time it said 'You don't need a fricking doctor, you're totally fine'
"shut up, shut up, just shut the heck down" Tim yelled
"Tim really need a doctor, you're just driving yourself and me crazy" said Shawna in a cheeky way
"I should really get going and pardon me for my weird behavior, adios " said Tim gently

After driving some miles he reached Mike o'Donnell's clinic..
"Morning" the respcient greeted him
"Morning where is Mike?" he asked
" he is in doctor's chamber examining a
patient, please wait outside "she said
After sometime patient came out of the chamber Tim got up and went into the doctor's chamber...
" Morning, what happened? is everything right.."Mike asked him
"Nothing's right these days I am having weird desires to amputate my legs and in my head I hear a deafening noise which kind of nightmarish, please help me out" said Tim
Mike gave a serious look and said "You have apotemnophilia or body integrity identity disorder is a condition in which people do not perceive a part of their body that causes strong desires for amputations" said Mike in a serious way...
"what am I supposed to do now" said Tim
"Are taking any drug rightnow because apotemnophilia can cause by the drug Abuse" said Mike
" nowadays I am experiencing pain so I was taking some painkillers, do you think that can be the reason" said Tim
Mike's phone started ringing so he peeked up the phone to answer the call...
" I be right there, this is rude I really gotta go I'll see you later, pardon me" said Mike
" it's ok, I'll contact you later" said Tim fanning
