CHAPTER 11 FAMILY DINNER 2

At Oh's mansion

" Where is oh min ji? didn't you tell her that we are having a family dinner" Mr oh asked mrs Oh as the maid served them their food.

"Well she said she is not interested in any family dinner tonight" Mrs oh said as she turned to face the maid serving kimchi(a type of Korean food)"Add a little kimchi"

"Whether she is interested or not ,i want her here right now."Infact you " he said turning to the maid serving kimchi

"I need you to call me Kim go eun" He said reffering to one of the maids.

"Okay sir" The maid said as she bowed down her head and left.

Not long after the maid came back with the person she was asked to call.

"Sir she is here" The maid said as she bowed down her head and she continue serving.

"Kim go eun ,i want you to call me oh min ji .Tell her i want to see her here right now"

"Okay sir" she said and she left immediately to carry out the instruction she was given.

"Why do you really want to see Oh min ji tonight? ,is there anything you want to tell her" mrs Oh asked

"Yes i really need to tell her something very important"

"Like what?

"Well she is here already" Mr oh said as he turned his gaze at Oh min ji.

"Good evening dad" Oh min ji said as she pulled out a chair in the dining room to sit down.

"Good evening" Came the husky reply of Mr oh and silence enveloped all around the dining room

"Dad if you wouldn't mind,i think i have something important to do." Oh min ji said breaking the silence as she stared at her dad .

"I wouldn't have insisted on we all having a family dinner tonight if not for the purpose of me wanting to say something very important tonight concerning you ; Oh min ji" Mr oh said as he directed his gaze at Oh min ji.

"Im all ears.I just hope is nothing concerning me working as a doctor in another's man hospital in lieu of me working in one of your companies" Oh min ji said as she shifted her gaze from her mom to her dad.

"Well Oh min ji ,i want you to prepare for your engagement with Song tae hyung" Mr oh said as he look into his daughter eyes who couldnt wait for him to finish talking.Perhaps they is different type of thought running through her mind and the look one her face says that she is really happy .It had been her long time dream to get engage with song taehyung,infact who wouldnt grab the oppurtunity if asked to get engage with the famous Song taehyung?.

"There is going to be a party in Song mansion and you are expected to be there and also your engagement would commence a week after the party" Mr oh said as he looked at his daughter one more time.

"Dad is taehyung aware of the engagement"oh min ji asked as she looked directly into her dad eyes in eagerness

" I dont know about that but i have discussed this with his mom and i am sure that she would have told him.

"Thank you very much dad" oh min ji said as she stood up and gave her dad a tight hug.

"But on one condition" oh min ji heard her dad say and she quickly release herself from the hug and gave him a questioning look.

"What conditiin is that darling " mrs oh asked as she interrupt them.

"Yes dad what condition is that?oh min ji added.

" If the engagement went successfully which i am very sure of, you would have to stop working in Hope hospital"Mr oh said as he placed his hand on oh min ji shoulder.

"But why dad ?

" I am giving you two days to think about it my dear daughter "Mr oh said as he took his cutleries and started eating leaving oh min ji who stood there transfix with what her dad just said.

" Oh min ji think about it ,how would the whole fiance of Song taehyung be working in someone's else hospital.Your dad meant good for you ,he is right about what he said infact i dont even think what he said should be regarded as a condition. "Mrs oh said as she also took her cutleries and started eating leaving Oh min ji who stood still watching her parents in bewildrement.
