Letter: 19

After chasing Sed around the city, We made our way to the Tower. We tried to blend in with the people. But, Sed sticks out like a sore thumb. " Sed, keep your head down! ", I whispered to him.

Suddenly, a news report was playing on the bigass screens. It was a video that was sponsered by the MIC. A man in a tuxedo started to speak.

" Citizens of New York, We request an evacuation of the MIC Tower plaza. Due to the threats of recent terroism, We are taking action to these threats and putting the plaza on high surveillance. ", The man informed.

People to started trying to leave the plaza and police guards were guarding the entrance. When we entered, we were met by a couple of police officers.

" Unfortunately, The plaza is temporarily closed for the time being. ", one of the guards said to us. I looked at the guard and signaled to Sed to attack.

The multiple guards were met with a barrage of red lighting, only leaving their bones behind. After that attack, Sed seeme kinda tired. I walked over to Sed, " Yo, are you going to be good,Sed?", I asked him.

" I fine! ", Sed mumbled. We made our way through the plaza's entrance and were confronted by 4 big guys that were 8 ft tall and had big rocky skin.

Now these were MIC guards!

These guys were blocking the door to MIC tower. I can't even see the door because of how big they were. Before I could make a plan, Sed went straight in to a fight.

Befoee Sed could even make a move, He got smacked by one of the guards large arms. The smack was so powerful. That it launched Sed inside the tower

It's obvious that we cant take these guys. Luckily, I noticed an opening between the men's legs. I wonder if I spray my ice on the ground and slide under them and get in.

I sorayed my ice everywhere in the proximity, freezing some of the guy's legs, and slipped under them and broke through the door. I could hear Sed screaming and the sounds of flesh ripping apart.

I opened many rooms to find where Sed was and who he was fighting. I opened a door to a room similar to the torture room in the previous base.

But strapped in was a old man that was jacked. He seems to be in pain and crying. " Who are you? ", The man cried in pain. I quickly went to free him. He had multiple bruises all over his body and it was clear that he had been here for a while.

" My name is Eric, I came to destroy this place! ", I explained to him. The man seemed to be amused by my plan. " That's funny, you think you're going to destroy this place? You do not know how big this building is. ", He mocked me.

" What happen to you? ", I asked him. He took a deep breath and spoke

" My name is Mikey, and I've been here for 70 years. I've been tortured and expeiremented on. " , The man said in fear.

Mikey seemed so old but also so young at the same time. When he finally stood up, he easily towered me. Just like Sed, he was another product of the MIC. " They used my Topaz crystal to create a serumt that turned they're trained guards into Tank-killing machines. Their rock powers, were originally mine. ", Mikey yelled in anger.

" I'm sorry that happened to you. But c'mon we have to save my friend. I dont think he has a chance against those guys. ", I pleaded with him.

Mikey sighed and facepalmed, " My crystal probably weaker after years of expierementing. ", Mikey said in anger. Suddenly, a bunch of the same guards from earlier came back.

The guards reached for their neck, " The anomaly has freed the prisoner! I reapeat the anomaly has freed the prisoner. I re-

Before the guard could finish, Mikey smacked him so hard in the face that the guard's nose broke and his face was blood red. I saw one of the guards trying to grab mikey, But i wuickly froze their limbs to the wall so they couldn't move.

Mikey was able to summon the rocks from the other guys and used the gusrd's rock skin to his advantage. Mikey used the rocks to cut their limbs off. Once he ripped their arms off, The guards rock skin became a part of him. His became more beefier and buffer.

He infused the rocks into his fists and was able to knock off multiple body parts with just one kf his punches. The rocks which were originally a sand color, became a blood red. The buff guards were begging Mikey for mercy but were met by what i'm gonna call a " Rocky Curb Stomp ".

" Run, Eric! I got these kneeslappers! ", Mikey yelled. I let Mikey deal with the guards as I looked for Sed. I found a giant room where a lean man with shooting rocks at Sed. Sed seemed powerless and was bruised badly.

I was confused. Looking at the man he didn't seem that strong. So, how did a man like Sed get completly powerless in this situation.

When the lean man turned around to face me. I finally understood why. Compared to the guards, he was not that tall. But the man had rocks coming out of his fingertips and seemed to have telekinetic energy. His eyes were glowing and I was the most scared I've ever been in the past few weeks.

The man was the CEO

" No! Eric, RUN! ", Sed cried in fear. The CEO proceeded to crushed his arms between some big rocks. I heard Sed make the highest pitch sound he could ever make.

I could barely see what was going on because of how many rocks were floating in the air and being shot at Sed. At this point I could only see from Sed was just blood and broken bones. He was the most messed up I've ever seen him.

I didn't even have to see anymore. I knew that this man was powerful in both ways. When the CEO saw me enter the room. He threw a giant boulder at my direction, blocking the door and smacking my body on the ground.

Mikey found me and helped me get up. " C'mon Eric, we're outnumbered! ", Mikey said to me while lifting me up. " But what about- " I couldn't finish before Mikey interrupted me. " There is no time! We have to leave! "

Me and Mikey left the building thrugh a nearby window and Mikey used his rocks to soften my fall.

We both made it out of the plaza alive. But Sed is still stuck in there and I met never get to see him again….
