Chapter 3.1

Game over.

Oh they thought it was game over ??

Mikami was in a electric chair ready to be executed.

He found out something amazing about the death note.

Shaving all his hair was worth it .

Oh how his Angel blessed him .

You see , the death note has amazing power.

The Shinigami eyes .

But getting the Shinigami king eyes was a deal of a life time .

He can now kill anyone by seeing their names by looking at their faces and saying their names out loud.

The security guards didn't notice his snickering and were ready to execute him.

As the bolts were about to hit him a chilling laughter filled the room .

The security guards in charge started to fall dead one by one .

" I have a tape to record "

That was the last sentence the security guards heard before falling dead.

One of them was about to call for back up but he was already gone.

....

" What ? "

L was in total rage and disbelief.

" You meant to say that Kira escaped ?"

L grabbed his phone and called the task force, except Soichiro.

His rage would cloud his logical thinking and get him killed.

" I have bad news , kira has escaped . "

And a chain of curses followed.

But then concern entered the bodies of everyone.

" He's going after Light . "

L said and grabbed a mask

" We have to hurry !!"

....

Soichiro was in home with his family in rage and fear as it was revealed that kira is free and on the run due to the pesky news reporters , Light was shaking in fear while looking at the ground.

" Y...You .. promised.. "

Sachiko held her son and daughter tightly.

" I'm so sorry we couldn't protect you ... "

Then the door was opened by the task force, with masks on of course.

" We're not late . "

" L what's going on ? Kira was supposed to be executed !!"

" We don't know what happened but we need to leave before-"

Before he could finish a voice recording started to play on the T.V.

" I am Kira, the real kira .

My angel has blessed me to escape the execution room and prevented my death .

But a literal demon has him hostage , filling nonsense in my poor Angel's mind .

I wish to create a just world, where the victims finnaly get the justice they deserve and for the evil to be punished.

All I want is your cooperation .

Bring me my moon god. "

The tape ends and chaos filled Light's head.

" Why is this happening ?!

I did everything right !!"

He tried to run into his room but Aizawa stopped him .

" What do you mean ?

It's almost as if you were planning Kira's demise from the start. "

Aizawa knew that Light wanted kira arrested, but knowing that All the time Light was planning their deaths was kind of unnerving, not that he is any better.

" I ..."

L slowly got up and guided Light to sit on the couch.

" Light-kun was attacked by kira , and by the first death note it's proven that he was attacked multiple times.

Of course he'd be plotting Kira's demise."

L said and the room was quiet .

" L .

What do you mean multiple ?? "

L cursed himself , he didn't tell the task force about what was in death note .

" We'll discuss that after Mikami gets caught.

For now our priority should be making sure Light does not get kidnapped. "

L said and the task force reluctantly agree.

" We cannot go to the task force since Mikami knows where that is, where should we go?"

" We can go to the new task force I made , but we need to hurry "

L said and the task force got up and went outside , bad luck for them they saw their cars broken and a mad crowd almost swarming them.

If it wasn't for Mello's bodygaurds they would've been pressed to death.

Light and Sayu were the most panicked and wanted to leave .

Soon fun shots flew and some police arrived to help the task force leave.

" I just wish for this to be over..."

Mikami knows that he won't live for long, he had to little time left and needed a successor before he passed .

With the death note he managed to steal he ran to a empty apartment.

There was his successor, the one who will be the new Kira.

" I give this power to you , Kazui.

Kill that devil L and keep our Angel safe ."

Kazui held the death note with a wide smile.

" Thank you Mikami ! I promise to take care of him for us !"

Mikami smiled and left , and Kazui' s face grew dark.

" I'll keep him safe..."

....

Kazui was a good person , yet no one saw it.

Well except for Mikami and his Angel .

It had to be since Mikami chose him .

He remembers the day when he met Light for the first time.

" Hello , my name is Light Ya-"

It was the first day at middle school and Light was infront of him with a smile.

Then someone .had. to ruin it.

" Light !! You shouldn't be talking to him , he's definitely a delinquent !!"

" We shouldn't judge a- Hey Sayu wait !"

Light ran after his little sister , leaving me with rage and bliss.

Rage that someone took him for a delinquent again and for taking Light's attention off of him.

But he was in pure bliss because he saw his smile.

He would never forget that smile.

And he'd never let someone see it but him...

That's why had the death note , isn't it ??
