"Okay I've decided, I'll be choosing both options" Ambai said squinting her eyes. "Remember you chose this, it's your decision, so take responsibility for it" said the voice as it faded. Walked In

The entire enchantment lit up in a mild silver colour.

"Woww.... it works!" Ambai whispered in awe.

The separate circles and swirls inside shimmered in each second. "So how do I activate this," she whispered.

Ambai gazed at the four circles on its sides. "Maybe I should step on it?"

She stepped on one of it. It started swirling in another direction. "This didn't work," she stepped on another one. Just like that, she stepped on all the smaller circles.

The enchantment still did not work.

She held her chin and gazed down. "Did I make a mistake in at the drawing part?"

Ambai crawled over the book and read it again. It only had the basic introduction as to how the enchantment works. Not how to make it work.

"I think I painted it wrong," she said with a sigh.

Ambai gazed at the enchantment in the book again. Her drawing was pretty similar, in structure and shape. "Do I have to draw it smaller? This is so confusing," she mumbled.

She dropped the book on the floor and laid on the glowing enchantment. "Please work. I need to pee so badly," she whined.

Nothing spectacular happened.

"Darn it,"

Ambai rolled around on top of the enchantment and gazed at the book again. 'If I get out of this room, I will take a peaceful piss and then a nice nap again. Then I will go meet Zhong, I have to ask him when my darling Fynn will wake up. And then Deric, I have to ask him what he was talking about with my father,' she thought.

Holding the book while laying down she noticed few writings under the drawing of the enchantment. It was quite subtle and small.

She narrowed her eyes and read it out loud. "Meta.. ΜetaΦopa?"

The enchantment under her lit up and her entire body started sinking in.

She held the edges of the circle with her hands and feet apart. "Wait.. No one told me I would be sinking down like this. Ahhhhh," she screamed as the force of the enchantment dragged her in.

On the other side of the palace, Deric met up with his friend Fang and told him what the king had said.

Rolling on the bed, Fang whistled out loud, "wow, the king is perceptive,"

"You were not being subtle in your snooping," Deric said with his eyes narrowed.

Fang shot up and glared at his cousin. "What do you mean? My butterfly steps are soundless, it can't be that easily detected even by experts. And I was not snooping, I was watching out for you," he said.

Deric gave him a wooden stare. "Yeah, you were peeping into the king's room to watch out for me," sarcasm dripped from his tone.

"I was not peeping, I… I was curious," Fang said with a guilty smile.

He gazed at his stupid friend and proceeded to remove his shirt. His healing scars were aching dully. With a groan, he rolled his stiff shoulders.

"Get out. I am going to take a bath." He said walked into his bathroom.

Fang gazed at his friend's bandaged back and sighed. 'He is bleeding again. Why won't he let me help apply his medicine at least? He doesn't have to pretend to be strong all the time. I… I just want him to show me his weakness, so that I can heal his aching heart,' he thought with a sigh.

This had happened multiple times. Even when they were young Deric was so used to hiding his pain from him. He would always have his dazzling smile and say. I am okay. But fang knew that in his heart his friend was wounded beyond repair.

Fang sighed and walked out of the room. This time it was through the door.

Just after he left the room a strange enchantment appeared on the room's ceiling.

A stunned Ambai fell from it. She squeezed her eyes shut, waiting for impact. But she landed on the soft bed.

The bed bounced by the extra force.

Ambai rolled out of the bed with her hair dishevelled and her mask half pealed from her face.

"Where am I?" she whispered and gazed around. The environment was quite similar to her room. "Am I in a guest room?"

But she didn't have the time to explore. Her nature was calling her violently. Ambai rushed toward the restroom.

"My god, I can finally pee," she shouted as he pushed the door open.

A naked Deric gazed at her with his eyes wide open. "Erudite?" he whispered. Swiftly he held a towel in between his legs and whispered, "What… what are you doing here?"

"Ahhmmm.. I..I.." Ambai stuttered. Her face heated up abnormally.

She hid her heated face. "I didn't see anything," she whispered hastily. But inside she was screaming, 'Oh my god, I saw it… I saw it.'

Deric hastily pulled a shirt over his head and jumped into his pants. He peered back at her and whispered, "Eru... I am dressed,"

Ambai peeked in between her fingers. 'He is dressed.' Her eyes sight unknowingly move down to his pants. They looked quite tight. 'How does that fit in there? Those pants might be so uncomfortable,' she thought.

A towel hid her line of sight. "Eru?" Deric whispered with his eyebrows arched.

"I..I was just...I was walking this way and..... I wanted to pee!" she shouted. She quickly closed her blabbering mouth with a grimace. Her face started heating up even more. 'Shit, why did I tell him that I want to pee? This is so embarrassing?' she thought.

"Oh, please, you can use the restroom. I will be outside," Deric said with a restrained smirk.

Seeing this she whispered, "It's okay, you don't have to hold back your laughter on my accord."

Deric gazed back at her and laughed out loud. "Prince Erudite. I... Haha... I don't want to delay your 'business' anymore," he said and closed the door behind him.
