On the laptop, McCarthy watched a video that contained footage of the woman herself undergoing a makeup transformation. After the makeup, she looked exactly like Olivia, his wife. The video then showed Sophia getting into bed with a man whose face didn't show well since the video glitch, and taking photos. These were the fake photos that were later sent to McCarthy, leading him to believe that his wife, Olivia, was cheating.
So the woman in the video was not actually Olivia, but the woman, who had disguised herself to look like Olivia as part of this deception intended to break up McCarthy's marriage.
