"Dinner's ready."
The deep and magnetic voice of Ji Baijian echoed in the room.
"I'm going to freshen up," said Yin Qin, stepping into the bathroom.
Song Zhizhi and Ji Baijian seated at the dining table.
Ji Baijian peeled an egg for Song Zhizhi.
After freshening up, Yin Qin stood at a distance, watching them.
He wondered if all loving couples peeled eggs for each other.
His dad did, and now so did Ji Baijian.
He walked over and sat down across from them, nonchalantly.
Both of them seemed to not notice him.
"Could I not eat the egg? I really don't like them," said Song Zhizhi.
"No. Eggs are highly nutritious, you must have at least one every day. No less."
"Can I not eat the yolk?"
"The yolk contains lecithin, which is good for your brain."
"Are you calling me stupid?!" Song Zhizhi was annoyed.
"It's good for the baby," Ji Baijian added.
"Really?!" Yin Qin was thrilled.
Song Zhizhi gave Yin Qin a sharp look.
Far from it!
Yin Qin struggled to keep a straight face.
