Valente kept staring at Suni, feeling her pain and sadness as she sat in front of Nara's grave for an hour, mumbling something.
He sighed, "It's been long, let's go, Suni."
She nodded and whispered a 'sorry' to Nara yet again.
"It's not your fault." Her mate breathed out. "It was Abeloth, don't blame yourself." He sat down in the snow beside her, pulling her close by his hand on her shoulder.
"I-I know but still...plus I didn't come to meet her earlier. I should've-"
"Things were hectic, okay? And Still not your fault. She wouldn't want you to think that." He uttered, seeing the rings of mist coming out of his mouth as he spoke because of the cold.
She nodded once, resting her head on his barely covered chest. He radiated warmth to comfort her more.
"Shall we go now?" He asked, kissing the top of her head.
"Yes... bye-bye Lady Nara." She whispered.
Casper gasped, "Hey! Where were you both!?"
