Reborn

Through the dark woods was a white being spotted, huge white horns on her head, eyes that had the colour of grey, a perfect and flawless face, pointy ears, she looked like an white angle, her massive wings on her back touched the ground with every step she took through the woods.

Her feet walked light on the ground while she looked around her, she enjoyed her time in the woods alone, however her peace was disturbed by a cry of a newborn!

Out of instinct did she run to the place where the cry came from.

When she got on the did she found indeed a child, there was nobody around, only a small child. She walked closer and saw that the child was without a doubt a Dark Fey!

She looked around once more but there were no signs of people that were looking for a baby, she ripped of some of her white clothing and rolled the child in it to make sure that she wouldn't catch a cold.

After she made sure the child was completely fine did she take child with her to the others, she left as quietly as she came.

It was weird, while I was more than sure that I was dead, I kept hearing things, as in wind? and something that sounded like the clapping of wings. I tried to open my eyes but for some strange reason could I not do that.

After some time did I not hear the clapping wings anymore, however I felt suddenly very cold, I tried to open my eyes again and this time did it work, I looked around and I saw only darkness… I couldn't see a damn thing.

However my ears picked up everything, as in water that was falling down and more clapping wings and… people? Where in the world was I?!

I tried to move but without much success, I felt the harsh wind coming through my body which shivers from the cold blow, I felt a warm hand holding me closer to the softness of the clothes.

After some time did I hear the clapping of wings again and I felt that I was getting high in the air once more.

However this time was it a short moment, I was getting down and I felt I was in something fury and warm, it had a nice feeling. It was strange how my body suddenly said that it was tired while I really didn't do anything!

Suddenly a person next to started talking while someone else came close, it was weird how I could hear all this while I was almost at sleep.

"What did you bring this time?" His voice sounded angry and impatient..

"I did what I must have done.. I couldn't leave that child out there all alone"

"Just left it there! We have more than children for you to care about!"

"That doesn't matter… I also couldn't leave this child because she seems to be a Dark Fey too"

It seemed that after she said that, that the other person was quiet and in a bit of a shock.

"Don't joke around Alba... "

"I'm not joking here.. I am very serious on this matter, are you still sure that I should have left this little girl all alone there in the woods?"

"... Fine, I give you permission to keep that brat here, but be aware that you will be responsible for everything she does!"

"I understand"

The man walked away and I was getting more sleepy as time was getting by.. tomorrow I would go check out what in the world happened to me but first… Time to sleep!
