New day after vacation...

"Jade did you pack everything needed darling we are leaving in few minutes" Her mother reminded

''Yes mom coming'' a reply came in sweet melodies tone

And Jade descended through the first floor dressed in low waist denim jeans which fit her perfectly and a t-shirt of her club.

''Darling today is your first day to school and you would be wearing this uniform of your club'' her mother exclaimed disgustingly she didn't understand that why her daughter who was so beautiful would wear that awful dress on her first day to school after vacation.

''Mom I am also club's vice president and today just happens to be an announcement day where 'in I am doing the part so I'll have to wear it '' Jade replied cheerfully.

''That's more of a reason than you shouldn't wear this!!'' came an angry voice with full of dissatisfaction.

''Mom if I don't wear it then more people would rebel in our club, of course I have to set an example for those people '' Jade explained her mother patiently.

''Okay whatever you want anyway we are getting late and I have a meeting with a client today so hurry up!!'' said her mother and finally sighed in defeat

''Okay then anyway it wasn't me who started the argument '' Jade snapped with an eye roll and ignoring her mother who is glaring at her she marched towards the car at the porch.

And Myra finally followed thinking about when her daughter would behave like a girl because Jade was too much of a tomboy and didn't realize her beauty.

Sitting inside the car her mother was still grumbling apparently still not done "What will happen when mark sees you in this dress, you should have worn normal school dress at least it is much better than this" she exclaimed disgustingly.

"well mom can't you just let it be as for what mark thinks is his business and it has nothing to do with me anyway so why should I bother "Jade replied coldly

"You…this way how are you even going to get a boyfriend "remarked Myra speechlessly.

"Mom!!! Why do you even have to poke in my love life? "Jade groaned frustrated

"Fine I won't say a word to you "she sighed helplessly

"Mom can't you for once leave it on me and concentrate on your own love life with uncle Danny when you are practically marring him next week" she said pleadingly.

"Okay and by the way your father is reaching on Sunday as it is your coming of age birthday" her mother stated

"thank god dad is finally coming back, I literary thought he won't be present during my 18th birthday as he really missed my last birthday" Jade said excitedly as she was bit disappointed on her last birthday because her father only sent her a gift that too a week later and she missed her father too much having not seen him for a year.

"of course darling he would be present and you know he is busy with work and has no time to date and is practically not interested just like you so you should understand a bit" Myra said.

"Mom what dad is busy with exactly I don't even know his profession although I want to understand his situation but is it too much expectation for me to meet him at least twice a year, I mean Amy's dad practically meet her four to five times even thought her parents are divorced and they practically have their own families to take care of; am I really asking for too much? "Jade asked

"Darling why do you think we got a divorce; it defiantly is not separation of feelings because now as well I have feelings for your dad but he has his own difficulties and we can't be together so we called it off "her mother replied yearning could be seen in her eyes

"I don't understand mother that if you still love father then why are you marring Uncle Danny?" Jade questioned

"And you don't have to understand as your school is here and no more questions I am tired of speaking and after that I also have a client my dear question mark" her mother stated as they approached the school

"Bye mom take care see you later this evening" Jade said bidding her mother while getting down from the car

"Bye darling have a good day and enjoy your first day to school after vacation and do put on a jacket at least as it is a bit cold "Myra said wishing her daughter luck and kissing her good bye
