Chapter # 38 Meeting At Governor House

"Gentleman I have called on this meeting to discuss very important issue. Since the last few months our state witnessed rapid increase in violence and law and order situation especially in Victoria and valmura city. Gang war is at peak. Eastern wolves joined hand with red eagles, dark soldiers strengthen their foots in valmura. They are also getting strong support from their Northern brothers, incidents like Sheraton town,fish market and valmura dock seriously put question mark on our credibility in the state. Now I want to know what the hell law enforcement agencies are doing?" Mr Rolland Wilfred governor of the Belington state asked furiously.

"Sir valmura dock and Sheraton town incidents are indeed great tragedy. I believe Mr Andrew have some explanation for it" David Victoria city police commissioner smartly tried to save himself.

"Mr David Victoria city is also not an ideal city. everyone knows what happened at fish market and who is responsible for it" Mr Rolland Scolded him.

" Sir I do admit I failed to stop the violence in the city and this is all because Victoria city gangs are now spreading their terror in valmura" Andrew strike back

"Sir I agree that eastern wolves joined hand with red eagles but it's valmura where law and order situation is more worsen then Victoria and Mr Andrew know that eastern wolves made an alliance with red eagles. So why he didn't take action against them?" David was really a clever man.

"Sir everyone knows Eastern wolves smuggle their arms,ammunition and drugs from locava but still Mr David failed to stop them first he need to explain why he could not stop eastern wolves from smuggling arms and drugs from locava" Andrew raised a valid point.

"Sir locava came under federal territory. so we can't conduct our activities there. secondly eastern wolves enjoy great support from Eastwood population so they Easily used local fisherman and their boats to snuggle arms and drugs from locava" David intentionally skipped the black sheep's in his own department.

"You both stop blaming each other. you both failed to restore peace in your cities. Now entire print and electronic media is rising question mark on the government performance to restore law and order situation" Mr rolland shouted on them.

"Sir you forgot one more thing there are many failed police operations to capture these gangster. I heard few months ago Victoria police failed to capture eastern wolves gang at Eastwood dock" Andrew finally played a trump card. David cursed him.

"Andrew I know the situation in both cities. You people need to work together to bring peace in our state, not to fight each other" Mr Rolland replied.

"So what we are going to do sir?" David asked.

"Plant your man in their ranks or buy their people. I asked the federal secret service to help us in this matter. They agree to co-operate with us. Tomorrow I want you to go to their office at Belmont city and formulate your strategy with their help.

"Sir our forces also lack the necessary weapons to counter these gangster. They have modern Russian and German weaponry. I have also heard that John carpenter contacted Carl nelson to help if the news is true then we are going to witness the bloodiest gang war in the history of our country because Kevin also planning to smuggle large amount of weapons from locava" David shared his concerns and first time Andrew agree with him.

" I will ask federal defence secretory to look into the matter and provide us sufficient resources to stop these gangs" Rolland seems worried because David concern is really a bitter truth which he can't deny.
