A New Server

It was another day, a competitive one to other players inside the 3d cultivation style video game.

Mystical birds of different types were singing a beautiful melody, indicating it was now ready for players to log in whenever time they want.

The game's typical translucent square-shaped screen appeared to announce each players.

Along with the written words, a deep and manly voice follows along the texts movements. That must be their new announcer.

*Ding!*

[Heck Yeah! I finally got this job!!!]

[Attention players of all ranks, weak or strong, dumb or smart...basically a nerd]

Some players who just arrived were awkwardly listening to the system announcer's voice.

[We have installed a knew server that will help you cultivate with much space, and are available for anyone having any kind of Dao/Path in cultivation.]

[But along with the server contains a forbidden area that are not allowed to players who are not permitted by us.]

[So anyway to keep this all short, you guys better not come near the forbidden area...That's why it's called 'forbidden' in the first place and don't even think about hacking your way in. We keep that place heavily guarded, unless you idiots are that stupid I doubt they'll be much players to ban.]

The voice sounded contented saying the last part of the announcement.

"Hah!...I love this job so much. I get to make fun of those kids while on a working day."

Although the system's text dissapeared the voice still continued, making most players sweatdrop at their new announcer.

"Oh It's still recording, my bad."

Some banging noises were heared from the other side. "Stop bullying our  moneybags, and start doing your job correctly this time!"

"Sorry boss!!!"

"I hope I can eventually find one of those powerful ones with high ranks..."

A faint sigh escaped the woman's mouth, she just heard about a new server and logged in almost imidiatly. Cultivating was something she gravely takes seriously.

*Ding!*

[The system greets one of the top 10 players, Goddess Of Combat Healing. We greatly welcome you to our new and improved server. In all honesty, this server was a supposed to be a surprise for you from the young master...But we decided to let other players have a little tour, that will be only for a short time though.]

[If you don't want them here, you can just kick them out whenever and whoever you want. You're this server's new owner after all. And please accept this magical changing weapon that it's now appearance is still a healing staff.]

She intently glared at the screen, wondering why this was all for her. She doesn't even know who is their so called "Young Master" is.

The weapon mentioned by the system suddenly appeared and was placed in her open hands. "What is this...? It looks like a normal healing staff." She muttered to herself, the system suddenly replied making her jump a little out of surprise.

[As I've said this isn't a normal staff, it can change into any type of weapon a gun, sword, bow and whatever you can think of as long as it's possible. So deal with it.]

'R-really now...' she laughs nervously.

Let's start unravelling this woman's appearance...In fact unless you already hold someone dear in your heart, the woman's appearance will make you think that she's definitely the most beautiful woman in the world. She goes by the name, Tao Baihe.

Her long and pale blueberry hair constantly blown away by the gentle breeze, similar to the clear and beautiful waters flowing. A teal colored rabbit shaped hair clip holds some parts of her long locks. Her hair was long enough to reach down to her knees.

Pale soft looking white skin akin to those pure luminous rare pearls. Along with her sherbet pink eyes, comparable to the peach blossom trees that grow in a specific season...pleasing to look at.

For her clothing, she is currently wearing a short off-shoulder dress with many layers of frills and different shades of pink, blue, and some white. Adorning her neck was a frilly white collar with a shiny sapphire gem at the bottom center and in the middle of her soft and bouncy chests.

Dark grey stockings for covering her thighs, white flat shoes that helps her move freely.

Her appearance is purely based on how well she cultivates. It works like that for other players, the more you cultivate in the right way the more your appearance changes for the better.

Well that does not technically mean she was ugly at the start, she was actually already beautiful but because of the game's functions she became so much more.

▪A few moments later, in one of the new server's forests▪

Tao Baihe looks around the tall trees to find some place to stay and cultivate for a short period of time.

After a good amount of searching she finally found a lake full of pink colored Lotuses, floating ever so magically.

"When will it happen, when will I find a worthy opponent."

Tao Baihe's voice was mellow yet desperate, wanting to find someone who can finally defeat her is not as easy like it was when she just started.

"Well it can't be helped, I'm just too powerful for those peasants..." She spoke with a tone that sends shivers down to your spines. Following it with her signature laugh 'Ohohoho.'

The facade she was building broke in an instant, for she believes no one was there other than herself.

Tao Baihe, the so called gentle and delicate Goddess was only a facade or clearly another persona she holds.

After all they were only in a game and nowhere near reality, so why does she have to be herself when she can be another version...a better version of herself.

And that was the kind, considerate, and gentle type. A 'Goddess' in their eyes.

Ofcourse not many people are aware of her true personality, only those who she trusts and know her in reality.

"Um...Lady Goddess, Miss Tao?" A scared timid  voice of another girl interrupted her alone time.

It turns out she was not alone.

An irk mark appeared on Tao Baihe's face to indicate her frustration. She abruptly turns around and quickly forced on a smile.

Analysing the girl's figure in mere seconds, her smile changed to a frown.

Before letting out a sigh of relief, "Zhi Yuan, can you stop making fun of me for just a day or two." Tao Baihe spoke with pure irritation as she folded her arms to her chest.

"Awww, you found out that easily." The girl pouted and sounded disappointed for not getting the reaction she wanted.

"Lady Goddess? really? Is that the best you've got, no one ever calls me that anymore." Tao Baihe taps one of her shoes to the ground repentantly, waiting for an answer.

The girl sighed before changing to her real appearance, in front of Tao Baihe was a handsome man with long platinum white hair that looked ever so shiny when faced near the sun's rays.

The man is wearing expensive looking traditional Chinese clothing with a color scheme of white and red.

Bloody red eyes slowly attempting to close to form a soft smile. "Is that so...then I should have just called you little fairy, just like the old times." He smirked at her to tease her even more.

"Shut up, Rabbit face."

"Awww...aren't you a hypocrite?"

"Speak for yourself."
