DISTORTED

As I wandered the crowded streets, I tried to look for that clue I was told I would find to find my way home. I had managed to come across someone nice enough to drive me to the city and although I felt this place was familiar to me, I couldn’t quite figure out where exactly I was or how to get where I needed to be.

Walking around aimlessly, I was starting to become impatient and of course, people were staring at me seeing as I was walking around in a long white dress and bare feet, they probably thought I had just escaped a mental asylum or something, I wouldn’t blame them.

Halting my steps as I almost passed a street, I stood still, very, very still. For a moment I felt like I was reliving walking down that street, like something was telling me that this was the way I needed to go… like, a clue.
