Layla had been caught

Hosea forced opened the office door and entered only to see Layla and Dela busily working on something. 

  " Oh,,,so is true". Hosea said and locked the door to stopped the security man from interfering in their privacy.

  " Bro,,,,you can't do this,,,huh,,, there are a lot of girls out there in town, beautiful once to be precises. If you want one, I can easily arrange one for you to do whatever you please with her,,,not this,,, young and fresh bones boy,,, just look at how weak he is, don't you have pity on him.  

Hosea rap up as usual as she placed down her bag and sat down comfortably in the chair next to Layla who hasn't even looking at her, with her one leg on the other she sat down.

" Are you done talking". Dela said and looked up at her as if he had now see her. 

" No,,, I'm about to start. You can't do this shameful thing,,,bro,,, think about what the media will say about you".  Hosea said looking all concerned.

  " Sis,,, I have nothing to do with him if that is what you guys are thinking about,,,so you better get out of my company before I sack you out".

  Dela said with a furious face to scare Hosea but she looked unbothered. 

  " That won't scare me away bro,, I'm not going anywhere".  Hosea said and Dela smirked. 

  " You will surely go,,,".  Dela picked up his phone and gave Jonie a call that there is an emergency at his side so he should come quickly.  Being a good friend, he rushed from his office and headed straight to Dela's office. 

  " Jonie please come in".  Dela said as he gave Layla a wink to open the door for him. 

He had been standing there for almost a minute and didn't want to enter because of Hosea.  He was wondering why Hosea was there.

  " Jonie,,, where is he,,, where is my Jonie,,,".  Hosea said and looked around when her eyes caught him, she quickly stood up. 

  " Jonie,,, I miss you". She said and Dela rolled his eyes.

  " Will you get your hands off me". Jonie said as he pushed her away from him a little.

  Dela looked at them and smiled.  All this while, Layla was quite watching them. 

  How sweet it was to be becoming from a billionaire family.  She just smiled at them and continued with what she was doing

  Nothing of what Hosea said bothered her.  She took everything to be normal since she herself was even lying to them. 

  "Jonie,,, please kindly take your future wife away".  Dela said and Jonie shook his head. 

  " No,,, I have something very important to deal with,,, since there is no emergency I will like to leave ". Jonie said and rushed out. 

  " He is lying follow him ". Dela said and Hosea quickly picked her bag. 

  " You are not the one to tell me !". Hosea said scoldful and quickly stormed out.

". Gosh,,,what a family I have been born into,,, I hate this". Dela said while stretching his body to remain it full length. 

  " Are you done".  Dela asked.

" Yeah,, I'm done". She replied. 

  " Hope what she did didn't bothered you". Dela asked.

  " Oh,, no I'm okay ". Layla said. 

" Okay thanks for risking yourself for me ". Dela said.

  " You are always welcome ". Layla said.

  MONTHS LATER

" Lisa,,, I can't go on this shopping with you ". Layla said as she covered her face with her pillow to avert her sight from the brightness in the room.

  " Please Layla,,,I need to do some shopping,,, my things are getting old". Lisa pleaded.

"Whatever,,, whatever. But promise we will becoming early". Layla said and stood up lazily from her bed as she headed to the bathroom.

  "I hate shopping". She said and dragged herself away.

  " Please hurry a little ". Lisa said which even annoyed Layla to groaned in anger. 

  " Stop pressuring me! ". Layla shouted from the bathroom.

  " Ok". Lisa said.

" Dela what are you gonna do on your free day today". Jonie asked as he picked up his car keys.

"Well my mom is worrying me to buy her something from the mall ,,,you wanna escort me".  Dela requested.

  " Why not,,, I got nothing doing ". Jonie said.

" Beside I have gotten my keys ready". He said and showered it Dela who made a funny face and they both laughed. 

  "Haha funny you,,, when are you gonna stop making that face".  Jonie asked as he tried holding himself up.

"Bro let go before she reach us here I no what that woman is capable of doing ". Dela said and they both went out.

"Layla see this one,,, is so pretty ". Lisa said as she dragged Layla out to see the dress in the glass. 

  "Yeah is pretty,,,, it can earn you some new customers". Layla said which made lisa beamed with joy.  She quickly went for it  and

  they walked away to the next set of dresses and shoes.  There was when Layla's eyes caught Dela and Jonie talking and walking to their direction.

  "What is he doing here!". Layla said as she quickly ran away leaving Lisa alone. She didn't realized that Layla had ran away and left her alone, she kept on talking and walking while people were just watching her as if she was going mad.

"So Layla what do,,,,you,,, where is ,,,,,?". Lisa said as she looked around her.

"So I have been talking to myself all this while". Lisa said and walked away to look for her. 

  But Layla was busily running away from Dela who had already seen her too and was wondering why she looked exactly like Dal.  So he was also following her up to see if it was truly Dal or a different person. 

  "Hey,,, where are you going?". Jonie asked as he also saw him running after a girl.

  Layla ran and hid herself inside the girls change room but Dela also followed her up.

  "Hey,,, please here is the girls change room please". A lady confronted him. 

  "Oh,,,I was just passing by". He lied as he looked around. 

  "Okay please you can leave now ". The lady said and he stepped outside.

  "Was I mistaking him again?". Dela thought as he still stood beside the door waiting for that person to come out for him to see who it was but he again got sacked away by the same lady he just met a minute ago.

  " Are you still here,,, should I get the security?". The lady said as Dela stopped her and went away.

  " Why doesn't she no who I am ?". Dela thought then went away.  Just when he was about to get back to where he was, he saw Lisa who seem to be lost in her thought.

  "Wait,, a minute isn't that his so call girlfriend ,,,,,?".  Dela asked himself as he followed her quitely to see if he will see Dal with her.

"Stand there".  Jonie said and Layla stopped in her tracks.

  "Turn yourself ". Jonie ordered bossy as he folded his arms across his chest.

Slowly, Layla turned her back and looked at Jonie who seem like he had been slapped with a shock.

  "You are a lady!,,,,,?". He almost exclaimed.

Layla nobbed her head as she lowered her head.

  "But why,,,,,?". Jonie was speechless.

"I,,,". Layla kept quite and only stared at the floor beneath her.

  "You what,,?,,, talk to me I'm not a wicked person,,, I won't tell him if you are afraid that I will tell him,,,you may have your reasons why you did that ". Jonie said and walked a little closer to her. 

  "Can we not talk about it here,,,?". Layla requested.

  "Okay,,, anywhere and anytime you want". Jonie said and hand her his number card and went away.

Lisa also saw Dela so she quickly hide herself from him until she saw them moving out before she came out of her hiding place and went to look for Layla. 

  "Where will she be,,,". Lisa said and got startled by the tapped on her shoulders.

  "Woah,,,you scared me Layla,, where have you been,,, I saw your so call boss here what was he doing here ,,,,,?". Lisa was now curious to know why Dela was there.

"How will I know when you didn't allow me to sleep my sleep,,,now you have letting them catch me,,, I don't know what he is doing here".  Layla said as she begin walking away. 

"What!,,who saw you,,,,,?". Lisa asked and run after her.

  "His assistant manager ". Layla said as she stopped a taxi and then they bother got in.

  "Oh no,,we are doomed". Lisa said.

"Don't worry he promised not to tell a soul,, and I trust him on that ".  Layla said.

"Ooh okay,,, I hope so". Lisa said.
