Alex was held back the moment words left his mouth by Calix and Leo who pressed his hands hard.
"We all want to say a lot of things about her. But that would not be possible since we have to leave for her funeral." came the cold and upset voice of Charles as he stared at Alex with a look of warning.
"You do not want to malign the name of your mother here, right?" Charles came closer to him and whispered in his ears as he hugged his son, "if i am going to lose my respect, i will make sure both of them would suffer not one." he let go of Alex and patted his shoulders.
"You are a wise one, so I will not force you too much." he said with a smile when his eyes narrowed and he took a step back.
Leo stared at the face of his father that looked so different. If he would have warned Alex to behave or not spread rumors then it would have been different, but his words indicated as if Alex was telling the truth.
