Hayley knew when to step aside and when to take stand for herself. In past she was ready to step aside and bury her feelings because she thought that Aaron also loves Rachel but after talking to Aaron and knowing him she knows perfectly that his love towards Rachel was thing of past and he saw a present and future with Hayley.

Hayley was no saint, she can sacrifice and let go of things for people she loves but that certainly doesn't mean that she will let anyone bully her. What Rachel doing right now was something close to calling dibs on married man and Hayley will not let anyone take her relationship with Aaron for granted.

" Show some dignity Rachel, have some respect for yourself. Your husband is right beside you and you are proclaiming someone else as yours and that too when you know that he belongs to someone else. Why are you behaving like this" Hayley asked Rachel still holding her and standing between her and Aaron .

Suddenly Rachel's tears started to fall she started to sob and said " Please Hayley I beg you let go Aaron, he is the only one I got, he is the only one who loves me and I can't loose him".

Hayley didn't know was Rachel being delusional or it's just how she has survived all these years. Suddenly her eyes met Jeremy's and she saw pain in his eyes. "Are you seriously this dumb Rachel" Hayley asked baffled. Rachel looked her as if she said something that was beyond her comprehension.

Hayley scoffed " Aaron was in love with you, he is not in love with you and for your information he is not the only man who loves you. Why are you being so ignorant, can't you see the efforts of Jeremy. A man who accepted you even after knowing that you kissed some other man on your wedding day, a man who was ready to do silly things in love just to see you happy, who is already your shield and comfort zone. Can't you see even today when you are declaring your so called love for other man he is still standing beside you. When you are going to realise that the love and companionship you want all your life, he was giving it to you all these years, it's just you who turned blind eye on that."

Rachel was standing there dumbfounded as if slowly and steadily her senses were working again. Hayley continued "Even after all of this I can bet with my life that Jeremy won't leave your side and as for Aaron HE IS MINE and I have no doubts about this and neither you should doubt it. I will not tolerate you throwing these sort of tantrums around my man again."

Aaron wanted to hug Hayley tightly the moment she addressed him as My Man in front of others. He was proud of his woman, he knew that she was intimidated by the others around her but when it was time to stand and face the difficulties his woman was in front of him being his shield, how can he not be proud of her.

Jeremy was stunned by Hayley's word he never expected Hayley to say these things, it somehow warmed his otherwise cold heart.

Keith was proud of his little birdy and Ginny was relieved and Tyler was looking at Caleb but when he saw Caleb standing there with a smile as if he knew what Hayley was going to do he somehow understood that Caleb choose friendship over love and he was happy and content with his choice. Nora was happy for both of them and she felt bad for Rachel and at some point for Jeremy too.

After saying her piece Hayley grabbed Aaron's wrist and tugged on it as if telling him to follow her and Aaron just followed his sweetheart and they left the rooftop and soon others started to move as well.

Stunned Rachel was still standing on the exact same place and Jeremy was standing behind her not moving an inch. When Keith crossed Jeremy he stopped for a second and gave him a look as if telling him to hang on and they all left, leaving those two on rooftop.
