Locked Herself

Hayley started to calm down by the time Aaron call was over. She has this habit of debating about a topic inside her head and trying to see it from third prospective. It helps Hayley to calm down and when Aaron comes to explain things to her she will listen to it.

She was contemplating in her mind that she should go out and talk it out with him when Aaron knocked on the door.

Hayley took a deep breath and opened the door and came out of the room. She approached the living room and sat on the sofa, she didn't want to have this conversation in the bedroom.

" I didn't mean to hurt you Hayley, Whatever happened yesterday was all real. I never have to fake it around you and I was actually that happy, whatever I did and said was genuine. I let Jeremy's team record it because I want Rachel to see that I am finally happy and she should be happy too. I am no longer her comfort zone, I am no longer her to come back too" Aaron said all this in one go without even taking a breath.

"Even if they were not recording I would have behaved the same way and said those exact things. What I feel for you and do around you it's all real. Even if I want to you know I can't fake it because you can see right through me. Trust me, Hayley" Aaron continued when he got no reaction from Hayley after his first monologue.

This monologue from him somehow calmed her more and she nodded, because she knows that no matter what whatever she was going to say right now will not come out right from her mouth. She will be sarcastic so it's better to talk about it later. She wanted to sleep and forget about all this drama.

Two Days Later

Hayley was having her lunch when her phone rang and caller ID shows "Richie Rich". Jeremy calling her after all these days. He didn't call her after the date day, she still picked up his phone. " She is not coming out of her room Hayley" came a panicked voice of Jeremy's from the other side the moment Hayley picked up the phone. "What do you mean, like not even for having her meals?" Hayley asked.

" Not even for meals, she haven't step out of her room after coming back from cafe two days back" Jeremy replied still panicked. Hayley didn't know what to say when she heard this, her mind already started working the moment Jeremy replied.

She wasn't able to think what to do she has no clue how to deal with this situation. She herself doesn't know why she said that but she said " I'll come and visit after my office hour, share your address". Jeremy was surprised when Hayley said that but he shared his address nevertheless.
