On The Other Side
Zyne regained her consciousness but with utter confusion. She looked around where she was and found no one around her. The whole place was desolated and the atmosphere was full of dust that was choking her.
"Where am I?" Zyne muttered.
As she stood up from the sitting position that she was in, a swarm of odd-looking bats flew towards her with such force that she was knocked backward. Her hands flew to her face to try to protect her face from the thick dust that just breezed and bombarded her. The whole place was vast and empty. It looked lonely and it seemed to Zyne like she was the only one on that planet. And that, was something that she feared the most -- being alone -- not having anyone by her side.
