The unpleasant conversation between the two created a depressing atmosphere in the car, and the whole journey was quiet all the way to the airport.

When they reached the airport, Franklin opened the car door by himself, got out, and walked into the airport gate alone, ignoring the fact that Ava had not caught up with him yet.

Upon seeing this, the driver quickly took out the luggage from the trunk and urged Ava. "Miss Harley, it's almost time to board the flight. We need to go in quickly!"

Looking at the figure outside the car window who appeared free and easy without a trace of attachment, she felt a little stuffy in her heart.

The driver took Ava to the ticket gate to exchange for a boarding pass before boarding the plane. Because they had booked a first-class cabin and had a flight attendant to lead the way, Ava quickly found Franklin.
