When the lord said this there were many people who echoed it after him. Princess Jessica stood still not moving, her gaze fell on the old lord. "lord Kaun turned seventy this year," she called out the lord.

Her voice was calm, just the way she sounded at the beginning. She did not seem angry, or frustrated by the loud murmur of the people. General Daiz looked at his niece, he could not wait for her to fall because of her gender, this way his son could take over.

"My princess is right," the old lord answered. He was also calm. He knew that with so many people here the princess would not use force, moreover it was going to be a game of words.

The person who knew how to speak would win the support of the people. The secple of authority was nothing before the will of the people.

"Of course, my father said so much about your wisdom. How can I get something so simply wrong," princess Jessica smiled.

When Lord Kaun heard her praise he felt that she was shotting herself on the feet. After all by saying he was wise, she was telling everyone to listen to him." as expected of a woman, " he spat in his heart.

He had never supported the king's decision of picking his daughter as a succersor. "My princess praise this old man," he replied with a calm smile to show his humility.

Many of the lords and noble also felt that the princess was a bit stupid after all it was wrong to praise someone standing against you as wise. The lords and Generals who were convinced by Jessica before began to doubt their trust.

On the other hand Ramsey felt like going forward and slapping her mouth. He regretted making plans to hurt the king. After all, as long as he had married the princess, he would have used his root and identity to get the throne.

Joe on the other hand frown, he felt that the princess would not be stupid enough to praise a man standing against her, except it was a trap but what kind of trap could it be? He could not place his hand on it.

At this point General Daiz and his son could not hide their smile. They waited for Jessica to dig and fall into the trap she has set for herself.

This time, lord Kaun paused, he felt that the princess was up to something. After all she praised him so much at first and suddenly started asking him about his memory. "could it be that she is impliying that I have grown old and stupid?" He wondered in his heart.

"My princess, even if I have aged so much, my body is still able to support me," when he said this, he took a step forward to show that he was healthy.

"Lord Kaun is indeed healthy and so his memory should be just fine," princess Jessica paused. A sarcastic smile played on her lips. "Lord Kaun, how many children did king Edward thrid of his name have?" princess Jessica asked.

When Lord Kaun heard this a mockry smile flashed across his face. He felt that she wanted to test his memory. As long as he answered correctly nothing would be lost.

" King Edward thrid of his name had three child, the first from his first wife and the other two from the second wife," Lord Kaun answered. He was an old man and did not believe that a young woman could suppress him.

"Lord Kaun is right, king Edward thrid of his name indeed had three children. He was the king who declared that a king could only have one wife, as multiply women in the Palace cause choes and bring trouble to the kindgom especially in the fight for the throne. He I fact only married his second wife three years after the death of his wife, " princess Jessica said. She seemed to be causally taking about the past of Dumbi kingdom. Not many people could remember this details but they knew she was right.

" What is the princess doing? " One lord asked the General beside him.

" How should I know, maybe she want to prove that she has a good memory like lod kaun," The General said. He only care about strength.

The few people who heard this had a mockry smile but no one dared to laugh out loud, after all, behaving out of place would only attract unnecessary trouble.

" My princess is right, you seem to have such a good memory, " Lord Kaun said, he pretended to hold back his smile but its was clear to all that he was mocking the princess.

" Lord Kaun," the smile on Jessica face become more beautiful. To those looking at her, she was like a fool who did not realize that she was been mock but happily received it as praise. How could someone like that become their ruler?

"What is the name of the first child of the first wife of King Edward the third?" she asked. When Lord Kaun heard thus questioned he felt that someone had pout him cold water. The smile on his face disappeared. He could not believe he had be lead by the nose by the little princess he looked down on.
