Chapter 5: Hunting down a scumbag of a hero

After successfully completing his first mission Izuku then returned to the Revenants hideout to do some R&R even though he's a Revenant he still needed to wait for a new mission or someone to team up with him.

As he arrives back to the hideout Izuku was rewarded with a new weapon since his was already broken he was about to choose some of the fallen versions of each weapons as he chose the fallen broad sword even though it's a bit busted or even has some issues but it's still a weapon and some point he have to buy something in the hideout. He check some of the services as well as some things they sell like other fallen weapons. As he checks other things he continues on with his day and asked Louis for any mission.

It was 3 weeks since Izuku became a part of the Revenant community. As well as he accomplished many missions along the way they were small and all from hunting the Lost aka Revenants who were now blood thirsty monsters if they never drink a single drop of blood for 5 months. To hunting down local drug trafficking, Hunting down, hunting down Villains from the dark, and some occasions where heroes tried to catch him but failed due to his immense strength and speed that they think he has a body enhancement quirk. But it wasn't true it was his bloodcode that was working it's magic similar to quirks but more powerful and effective than any other quirk. Him and not just him but his fellow Revenants as we're were appearing in the news but not that much since there were only witness reports from victims they rescued and some who were just passing by towards their direction. As Heroes and the Police began their investigation on these individuals and who are they and are they a gang or something since they all wear a similar mask they always wear but mostly well armed with guns and melee weapons that look and feel heavy but they can lift it easily. But then here is the biggest question what are their quirks they only speculate what they have witnessed according to other victims who witnessed it or passerbys witnessing it as well. Some say they can stronger than an average pro hero aka strength enhancement quirk some say they have emitter quirks, and some say they have multiple quirks which was confusing for them but for ney they have some leads on about this group.

Revenant underground HQ:

Izuku was testing out his brand new bayonet which is the fallen version of it same as the halberd and broadsword he had on his set but if he wants the best ones he has to work more to earn more points and get the weapons that Louis and his other veteran Revenants. But for now Izuku is still working on his fighting style he saw the news about him and his Revenant friends were getting more attention from the news as well as the police investigating them as the heroes are trying to find where they are. And who they are and are they a gang that hunts down mostly villains or a vigilante group but there are some victims who were heroes which make them villains. But for Revenants they say they were corrupt that they think they are important and they are so entitled that they can control what they want since they were heroes. Izuku still remember his past self who used to admire heroes but now he saw the true reality most heroes are just there to fulfill their own personal agendas and wanted to just focus on themselves not on the people.

Until now Izuku was sent to another mission this time he is now hunting down a corrupt hero than big time villains by the shadows. According to Louis this hero was there to act as a mole to a Villain organization called the league of villains. As Izuku is now trying to find some tracks but thankfully he has met some Revenants who were a friend of Louis named Mia Karnstein a Revenant with the Artimis Bloodcode. With this bloodcode Izuku has high stamina and has some attack type gifts but comes to a cost with low endurance. Mia wasn't aware that there's a person with the same Bloodcode as the one friend she had.

As Izuku finally reached to his target he saw the horrible actions of this hero he was a mole for the villains for trafficking illegal quirk boosting drugs as well as having deals with the Shie Hesaikai with their quirk boosting drugs as well. This hero is responsible for distribution to each dealer in the city he has to neutralize the target immediately he then uses his bayonet rifle point it towards the corrupt hero.

Then without any hesitation he pulled the trigger as a red energy bullet fly and hit the hero right in his left shoulder. He then turns around to see no one at first until he saw a dark silhouette of a person as the hero screams out "DID YOU JUST SHOT ME YOU FIEND!!!" He said as he tries to press the emergency button under his desk but Izuku knew this and shoots his rifle one more time to hit his arm to avoid letting him calling in reinforcements.

Without any words whatsoever he points his rifle right at the hero as the hero was hesitant at first but then uses his quirk with his fist engulfed with electricity then tried to strike the villain but he evaded and kneed the hero from the gut and releasing not just air but also some blood and saliva out of his gut. Then without hesitation Izuku then stabbed the hero with his bayonet rifle as the hero then died with his throat peirced then flopped lifeless.

"In other news a hero is killed in his office and according to investigations this local hero is responsible to do the kidnappings and selling them to the blackmarket like slaves. As this is now a common occurrence as the heroes and the police are investigating the matter as they are going to find the culprit or culprits of these killings" as she said showing photos and videos of the current situation.

As for the Revenants they are currently watching the news like it was not a surprise since one of them are doing their best to hunt them down and they don't like corrupt heroes as they continue on with their day.
