Arc 1 : Chapter 3 : World's Collide (Part 1)

'Shift him to another van' , the noise stopped and then I heard the engine sound again and another similar noise appeared....

(Drrr..Vroom*)

'Bring that man down to the basement'

(Splash*)

My eyesight slowly started to appear...

(Ting*) My head was still hurting from the hit.

As soon as I gained awareness I looked around and was inside some facility with good modern ceiling lights and a sturdy glass which showed me my mirror image. It looked like a typical interrogation room from films.

I felt pain stinging me as I realized I was on a wall with my hands stretched out and my legs attached to metal cuffs which were also attached to the wall.

Then a man with ashen hair with a whitish and peach colored skin tone came up to me. He was giving me the fearsome feeling of a predator and I was the prey.

His muscles were tough, he looked with the his cold brown eyes which were lifeless yet filled with greed and the mindset to seek destruction.

" Mr. Natsuki I am a huge fan of your work but also to be honest you are being impractical", he said as he continued,

" I would like to make a deal, how about you give me a share of your knowledge and I would help you make this world a better place.

"The government, the people are all hungry for power and they are wicked!! You must know this well because you are the one who faced the most out of all the people like you and me."

"If you join me I shall fulfill your desire because after all I am willing to help the people who are similar to me. The atrocities humans have caused to you are simply unforgivable."

"My lord!! You shall gain your righteous position as you have come back after 2000 years!!"

"Let's end this world and create a new one. This was your and my destiny to pose judgement on these humans isn't it."

This shook me someone not just dug in my past but also made some unbelievably close guesses. "Y-You how did you know about my past and w-why!?"

" I did my research and also I am sure now that you have answered that you are the reincarnate after all", he said with a Grin.

"I am not a Reincarnate and I don't believe such nonsense"

(This was all planned. The timing is no co-incidence. Who are these people?)

"Sure but the thing is I am not here to waste time over such issues so lets make the deal is it a Yes or a No" , he stated with a disturbing aura.

" I-It is a No"

" I see well it is true that you have no relation with your family and no one to love yet it is quite intriguing that you a person thrown away from society cares of this society"

" The people are ready to burn you alive and yet here you are thinking about fools"

"I am your only choice left!"

"Well it is something even I don't understand and people like you could never understand", I said.

(It was as if my instincts told me to never join hands with this man)

(It yelled at me as my instincts looked at the symbol of pure evil in front of me)

(This world was now no longer repairable but at least I don't want to be the one to bring doom to this world)

" Well, My lord you are the one who chose this path so the one you have to blame is yourself. Bring the equipment!!" , he shouted with a tremendous aura filling the air making me tremble with fear.

(Aaaargh*)

(Kwaah*)

My fingers being crushed, the pain was horrible...

"Would you like to tell now Mr. Natsuki"

(Grin)

"A no, eh!", he said with dissatisfaction.

(Break*)

(Cough*)

My body was like being burnt alive as it was stinging and blood was gurgling out of my mouth as I was being torn apart bit by bit....

"You are quite special", he said with surprise.

I spit the blood towards the floor. " G-Guess you lose Old man"

"I will find another way but this time lets try with your family and friends oh wait you don't have friends right", he said with a displeased smile and then...

(Crash*)

"W-What the police", a grunt shouted.

"Damn the special forces came so quickly" , The man said.

(Gun fire*)

"Hmm It seems you think I failed but my lord", he stated with a grin and added,

" I am quite greedy too so if I can't have you then so can't they"

(crash*)

(rumble*)

(grunt screams*)

"This is the end for both of us, My lord"

"You...are....a pain in the ass", I said.

(Gun fire*)

(Assault Rifle fire*)

The man who tormented me was shot in the head and was killed but the bullet he shot had already pierced through my left lung as it ruptured my pulmonary artery.

Internal bleeding began as I was starting to throw up blood and my body began to sting. Soon the stinging feeling dispersed and I felt cold it was so cold like a lifeless being that I had become.

My body began to lose the pace and my consciousness was slowly disappearing and I felt the loneliness, the pain of not being able to accomplish my goals in a satisfying manner.

The world was disappearing I was separating it into a lonely place.

The next thing I know I was inside a dark void filled with emptiness.

My resentment, My loneliness, pain , guilt all of these were amplifying within me as I was drifting through the void.

(Why didn't I act properly)

(Why was I unable to make humans acknowledge me)

(What was wrong!?)

{Tzzz*}

[ The person abandoned by the society]

[The person that even the universe had left to rot]

[Even now he taught it was all his fault]

(No Only if I had taken a Different path)

(Only if I had chosen to work with them and understood them)

(Only if I had not left my problems and escaped and instead faced them head on)

( If I had face them head on and resolved myself)

[In this world there are those who are considered as Gods and Demons]

[In such a world the strongest of them is the one who is free from the story of this world]

(If only I had one chance)

( If I had got one more chance I would have protected that world by being by their side)

My resentment of not being able to do my one job of protecting my world was amplified.

( I just want a single chance to make things right)

( I want to make atonement for my mistakes)

( I was unable to use my abilities for the responsibilities given and chose to be arrogant)

[When the story creates a stage the characters chooses his choice. But if that person diverts the story too much the probability breaks]

Sparks appeared in the void.

The sparks caused ripples in space and time.

{Swoosh*}

[Then an uncertainty appears]

A blue flame appeared with sparks surrounding the flame.

It was a flame that gave hope to the void.

Another flame resonated with the flame in front of me.

That flame appeared within my body.

I gazed upon the flame as it turned into a shape of a man.

[How very intriguing, hahaha], said the flame in the shape of a man whose face was so well camouflaged with the void that all I could see was a dark face with red dye over his blue burning hair.

The voice was like a holy light bringing down the judgement to evil.

"Intriguing??"

[The world was hard on you wasn't it.]

"..."

"Who are you"

[The person within your dreams, the one possibility you always wanted to believe in.]

[I am your soul]

"I-I can't believe this"

"Why now that I have died, WHY!?"

[It is because you have faced so much and yet you chose to help rather than become a disaster]

[You truly are a very good person]

"I don't think so"

"I was selfish"

[Selfish? You think being selfish is wrong]

"I meant that I neglected my responsibility"

[Not everything we want to protect can be saved.]

"Why didn't it have to be someone else to do the job?!"

[ Why do you think not everyone can be a reincarnate?]

[ I think you should start over again and correct the mistakes you think you have done]

"How are you deciding so easily!?"

[ It is obvious. You were the one who helped people, you were the one to regret even after trying your best]

"Best? This world doesn't repair if you try your best. We are not awarded for participation"

[That's the very reason for you to start over again]

[You are going to be given the chance to protect the world and this time lets do it right]

[You won't have to be alone anymore, people you choose shall walk the path to make the world a better place]

[Lets go my friend this time you can make our world a better place to live are you coming with me] ,

he held his flame like hand out while saying this to me.

This was the first time someone had ever encouraged me during my downfall. It was the first time I felt like I had someone to depend on.

I wanted to hear these words for so long and the very person who told me this was the one whom I tried to chase after and find out his existence my entire life.

I took his hand and then...

Butterflies sprang through his body and the void broke apart.

A big warp on both my anterior and posterior sides appeared.

It was a yellowish warp with funnel shape and white circular rings appearing like a gate to another world.

My body turned into a flame and then into a source!!

Our sources moved like a double helix as we drifted through the warp.

Universes diverged and I was pulled into another universe a spectacle worth risking life.

The point joining two universes passed as my source flickered brightly so did my soul's source flicker.

Me and my soul moved through the worlds and reached earth on the other side.

Through the void and then through the warp and now we came to the world in a time space drift.

As we moved through the solid dimension I merged with a body as the consciousness and my soul remained as a soul.

We merged with the body and The flash through the time space dimension could be seen.

A reincarnate appeared.

My memories intact.

From here on I didn't know what was waiting but I knew one thing for sure this world was my,

"New Start"
