Kalz proposes Marriage

Zeh came back home the next morning with Banni. Kalz was already up and working out just infront of the house when they drove in.

"Where are you guys coming from?" Kalz asked as they approached him.

"A date" Zeh replied trying to keep it simple.

"A date? I don't get it, Did you sleep out together?" Kalz asked.

"Yeah" Zeh replied.

Kalz was already having weird imaginations. "Did you sleep with him?" Zeh asked Banni.

"We only slept in same room because the hotel was out of rooms" Banni replied.

"Are we seriously going to explain this to you? We're adults.." Zeh said while Kalz cut him short.

"She's carrying my baby!" Zeh exclaimed.

"So?... So what if she's carrying your baby, is she your woman?" Zeh asked furiously.

"I will make her that." Kalz replied.

"What did you say?" Zeh asked.

"You heard me.... Zarah is out of the picture and Banni is pregnant for me, and I know I like her, and I think what's best for this child is for us to become our baby's parent." Kalz explained while still fuming in anger.

"Please please, you guys should stop, it's too early for this." Banni said and started walking in.

"Did you have sex with him?" Kalz asked Banni, she was shocked to hear that, she stopped and turned around to answer him.

"And what if she did? We are dating anyway" Zeh responded.

"Zeh shut the fuck up, I wasn't talking to you."

"Banni will have your baby and that's it, don't bother making her yours because she's already mine" Zeh said like he was sure about that.

"Let's see how that plays out." Kalz replied and then walked away.

During breakfast that morning, their Dad, sat on his usual position as the head of the family. Kalz brought up the topic once again.

"Daddy" Kalz said softly.

"Yes" he replied.

"I want to talk about something" Kalz said.

"What could that be? I'm glad everything is alright now, and I am sorry about Zarah and I, what ever happened between us was a mistake." Mr. Peters said.

"If you're that sorry, then I need you to grant me one wish." Kalz said.

"Name it, if it's at my reach then why not."

"Let me marry Banni, she's the one I want to get married to." Kalz said said. Banni dropped her spoon and just starred at him. Zeh tried holding himself and not getting too furious.

"You want to get married to Banni?" Mr. Peters asked.

"Yes sir, she's the mother of my unborn child, I want my child to have bought of us together, not single parenting." Kalz said.

"What nonsense are you saying? What if Zarah was pregnant for you, would you be saying this?" Zeh asked.

"I already told you, Zarah is out of the picture." Kalz replied.

"If that is what you want, then..."

"Father, you can't just conclude with out even asking Banni if that is what she wants" Zeh said.

"I'm sure Banni would also love her Baby to have both mother and father around, right?" Kalz asked Banni.

She was mute for a while but then opened up. "Yes, but..."

"Exactly" Kalz shouted.

"Alright then, Kalz, you can start your wedding preparations, you have my full support and blessings" Mr. Peters said.

"But father, how will I be Married to Kalz when we barely even know our selves, you know I don't have any romantic feelings for Kalz." Banni said.

"Not all couples love themselves at first, but once they are married they will grow on each other and learn to love themselves." Mr. Peters said.

"Father please, reconsider this" Zeh pleaded.

"Kalz can start the wedding preparations, you have nothing to do with this Zeh, and I have a meeting to be at, you guys can carry on.' Mr. Peters said as he took his suit and left.

"Kalz why are you being like this?" Zeh asked.

"I should be asking my emotionless brother, how he suddenly developed feelings for the woman I got pregnant." Kalz said. Zeh was hurt, he found himself crying, tears were dropping from his eyes, he didn't want Banni to see him this weak. He rushed out of the dinning and went to his room. He didn't realize he would be this hurt, he didn't realize he already loved Banni this much.

"Kalz we barely even talk, how are we supposed to stay married?" Banni asked Kalz.

"I love you, and that's all that matters to me, I know you once wished you could kill me, but I promise I'll transform every hate you have for me to love." Kalz said.

"But I love Zeh, I know I've tried so much to hide it but I know what I feel inside." Banni said.

"Then please keep hiding it, you're the mother of my unborn child"

"Is that reason enough to say you love me?"

"I didn't say that was the reason and enough of this discussion, just like you know how you feel, I also know how I feel." Kalz said. "We will get married soon so please stay away from my brother." Kalz warned. Banni stood up and left the table.
