Thief being caught
The tension inside the room increases as they kept glaring at each other. Amber couldn't believe that this annoying king would dare to track her down and making her kneel in front of him. The male walks up to her while giving a dead-serious expression. He kept his hands behind his back and looks down at her like he was looking at an insect.
She grits her teeth holding herself back from lashing herself at him and her blood was boiling in rage. He leans down getting into the female's size and grab her by her jawline and lifts her face up making the girl looks at the male's crimson red eyes with her deep green eyes "so this is the thief?" the girl blinks and thinks to herself "man, and I thought I was the idiot" she inconsiderably rolls her eyes. The male scowls at the girl "don't you dare roll your eyes at me…" he gives the girl an offensive look as he removes his white gloves "throw them away" Bruno takes the gloves and bows down. This made Amber bitter. She quickly gets up and grasps the gloves from Bruno and throws them at Julian "excuse me, sir! But we aren't dirty!" she starts to yelp while being an annoyance.
Julian turns his head and face Amber with hatred burning in his eyes. Shivers starts to run up her spine as she steps back, after claiming down she notices what she did will get her a death sentence.
Julian immediately orders the guards to throw her into the underground dungeon" she frightens and starts to sulk as her personality completely changes "please no! I will do anything" she notices a smirk was appearing on Julian as he watches Amber being taken away by the corner of his eyes.
She growls and looking at Julian enjoying the horrible things that happen to her. She puffs her cheeks and gives the male the middle finger. His smirk turns to a frown as he turns his head away.
Amber walks inside the cold dark empty dungeon as the guard starts to lock her inside and walks away without saying another word. She grabs the ice-cold metal bars and sighs, the only thing she could think of her mother and her younger brother. She starts to worry about them and all the awful thoughts start to flow into her mind at the same time.
This made her fear of her family even more. She places her forehead against the bars and starts to tear up "mom…Robin…" she starts to call out to her brother and mother while tears dripping onto the floor, her face turns red as her eyes were flowing with warm tears.
After a few minutes of crying she hears a soft voice calling out for her, she lifts her head to see who it was. She saw a small fairy leaning into her face. She blinks a few times and let out a scream, she quickly jumps back "what the hell are you?" because she never has seen a fairy before this was kind of new to her. The small fairy giggles and flies over to Amber "don't be scared…my name is Lilly" Amber slowly starts to calm down "ah…my name…" the fairy stops her and smiles again "I know who you are Amber" she laughs and rubs the back of her head "of cause you do…anyway what are you doing here?" the fairy kept her fingers near her lips and peak her them "well, what do you think about prince Julian?" Amber blinks and folds her arms and puffs her cheeks and looks away from the fairy "he is rude and all about himself! He came straight from hell!" she looks at the fairy again and clinches her fists and makes a cringe face "I mean, he threw a beautiful young lady like me in here" Amber leans closer to the fairy's pointy ear "maybe he is secretly gay or something" Lilly starts burst in laughter "Hahaha...Miss Amber your truly the funniest person I ever met" Amber shrugs her shoulders and takes a seat on the cold rock floor and hugs her knees "this place is getting colder and colder…" she starts to shiver.
Lilly looks at Amber and starts to get worried "Miss Amber I should call prince Julian and ask him to get you out of here!"
Amber looks away being stubborn about asking the price to get her out "I don't want to see that devil's face I would rather die here!" Lilly tilts her head and sighs in disappointment. She shakes her head because it was no use explaining the situation and getting her out of here.
(at the royal study)
Julian was sitting on his chair sitting in front of his desk. he was sipping a cup of tea while looking through some documents that involve some marketing business. He starts to sign some small contracts with his quill, after some hours later he let out a yawn and stretches his arms and adjusts his shoulders after working at his usual work. Bruno gently knocks on the door when he hears Julian's voice. he slowly opens the door and bows down before entering. He looks away from Julian as he suggests something "sir, it's getting pretty cold outside…" he looks nervous and afraid of what will Julian says if he said it straight away.
Julian gave Bruno a poker face as he lifts one of his eyebrows "and?" Bruno stood straight and keeps his hands behind his back. he adjusts his glasses before talking to Julian and his eyes shift down, looking at the floor "that young maiden…she must be freezing sir…" because of Bruno's kind heart, he always looks good in every person even if that person did so many bad things. Julian groans after feeling annoyed by Bruno's suggestion "I will gladly help you join her" this makes Bruno freeze in one place, he shakes his head and bows down over and over again "my apologize sir…I will take my leave" Julian avoids having eye contact with Bruno, he places his head up his palm and keeps looking at an important letter "your excuse" he said with careless tone. Bruno bows down again as he leaves the room and closing the door behind. He looks down and walks through the empty hallway luckily an idea pops up. He decides to visit the oldest maid that was working here for many years, he visits the one that was in charge, he asks the maid for some extra maid clothes.
She nods and goes to grab a new pair of maid uniforms, Bruno thanked the maid and leaves the kitchen area, he slowly walks inside an empty room and opens a passageway.
The staircase appears as it went way below the ground. The moment Bruno went inside the passage door closes, he hugs the package closer to his chest. He hides behind a wall and does a quick peek. He smiles feeling relief that the guards weren't around at the moment, he went to the cell areas and starts to peeking inside every dirty cell to check if the young maiden was there. After ten cells past, he found the maiden sitting on the floor, hugging her legs near her chest, burring her face.
Before he came here, he noticed the keys to the cell doors were hanging near the entrance wall unguarded. He starts to unlock the cell door and this sound made the female wake up, she yawns and rubs her eye. She saw a man opening the cell door and she muffles softly "w-what are you doing?" Bruno quickly covers her mouth "shh…here" he pushes the package onto Amber "get dress …I'm getting you out of here" Amber grabs the package, looks at Bruno carefully "eh! Aren't you that devil's butler! What are you planning?!" Bruno covers her mouth again and presses his index finger near his lips "stay quite…someone will hear you" Amber nods and Bruno moves his hand off her mouth "now get ready" he turns around so Amber could change "why are you saving me?" Bruno smiles softly while folding his arms "A beautiful young lady like yourself, doesn't belong in this type of dirty cold cells" Amber's cheeks start to turn bright red, she shakes her head ignoring the complement that Bruno told her.
She clears her voice and smiles cutely "done" Bruno looks behind to see an angel standing in front of him. His eyes widen as he quickly looks away and adjusts his glasses as his face starts to turn red. Amber starts to pull the skirt down "but it's really short…" Bruno laughs softly "Sorry Miss I didn't know your size…" Amber smiles and winks playfully "you don't have to apologize you are helping me to get out of here so your safe" Bruno nods as his face turns serious "about that…you have to blend with the other maids if you want to get out of here" she nods with a serious expression. Bruno quickly grabs Amber's arm and runs off, Amber was surprised as her eyes caught her hand being held by Bruno, she looks at him and his gentle and handsome face made her heart go thump. She starts to hold onto Bruno's hand tightly. They were stopped on the way to the kitchen by Julian and his guards and he does not look happy about Bruno's actions. He looks at Bruno with a frown and Bruno looks back at Julian with his eyes filling with terror. Amber's hand tightens when hers and Julian's eyes met again "this can't be happening…" she mutters softly while staring at Julian.
