Chapter Ninety-Two: Deal of a lifetime.

For the first time in what seemed like a long time, Jake walked into the office feeling the non-existence of residual sleep. He was fresh and vibrant, ready to conquer the world and all of its challenges.

He strode in with a smile and confident a step that he commanded the room's attention. With smiles and winks at his underlings, he made the journey towards his office. Little did he know that his clear sky was about to be dark cloud infested. The early morning sighting of his boss in his office alerted him to the potential of conflict.

"Is everything alright?" he asked.

"Yes, why wouldn't everything be…alright?" Elizabeth quizzed as she swayed in his revolving chair.

She was sitting arms crossed with her legs crossed and heels resting on the edge of the table.

"Please, make yourself at home."

"Why thank you," Elizabeth responded as she got up and went round to meet him.

"You called me last night?"
