Such betrayal scarred Ryder deep in her heart. The only people who believed her were her parents. She felt so wronged, so pained and angry, she went from being somewhat asocial to being a total hermit who didn’t want anyone to talk to her. Just like that she lost her best friend and the cousin she loved like a sister.
/"I don’t love people who use me and then throw me away like trash. I have more self-appreciation than that./" With that Ryder stood up and threw a smile at Grace. The smile was so cold and emotionless, it sent shivers down Grace’s spine who was boiling with anger a few seconds ago. /"I’m going in my room. I’m too sick to listen to this again./"
After two or three hours later, Michelle walked in her room, holding a plate with a piece of cake on it. She had a sad smile on her face as she walked over to Ryder who was lying on the bed. /"I’m so sorry sweetie./"
