Aurora looked at Eric with a mixture of concern and frustration, her brows furrowed with worry. "Did you talk to him?" she asked, her voice tinged with apprehension, as Eric returned home from work.

Eric sighed heavily, sinking into the chair in the living room. "What can I say?" he replied wearily. "I tried, but that stubborn brother of yours just does what he wants."

Aurora's eyes searched Eric's face, longing for more information. "What do you mean?" she pressed, her voice filled with a mix of curiosity and anxiety.

Eric took a deep breath, preparing himself to recount the conversation he had with Christopher. "He's looking for someone who will be controllable," he said, his voice tinged with frustration.

Aurora's face contorted with a mix of disbelief and disappointment. "He's my brother, you'd think he'd want someone who truly loves him, not just someone to control," she lamented.

Eric nodded, understanding her sentiments. "I know, but Christopher seems to have his own ideas about relationships," he said, his voice filled with resignation.
