Chapter 14: It's Finally Official.

<p>Chloe went to the kitchen and Phoebe called Roy."Roy"Phoebe said in a low tune."What's wrong...is Chloe aware" Roy asked."Yes Roy... she's aware and she is not happy about it"Phoebe said."What did she say"Roy asked."She said that you come to the cafe at five"Phoebe said."Okay dear...I'll be there"Roy said.<br/> After her call with Roy, Phoebe went to the kitchen to help Chloe but she was already done cooking."Chloe"<br/>Phoebe called out to Chloe."Yes madam... I'm in the sitting room. <br/> Chloe was already in the sitting room eating her lunch "Fried chicken and fries" while watching her favorite tv show"Charlie the wood dog"."Your lunch is covered in the kitchen"Chloe said<br/> Phoebe took her lunch and joined Chloe on the sitting room."Have you called Roy"Chloe asked."Yes and he was sounding scared"Phoebe said."Hahaha...he better be scared"Chloe said while laughing.<br/> "I just hope he doesn't back out"Phoebe said."If he backs out I'm gonna really deal with him"Chloe said while showing Phoebe her karate moves.<br/> After their lunch,Chloe went to her room to dress Phoebe up like a princess who is going to see her prince charming. Chloe helped Phoebe to wash her hair and dyed it for her brown. She did her nails and make up and she gave Phoebe one of her pretty dress to wear.<br/> Chloe braided the side of Phoebe's hair and wore her light make up. She made sure that Phoebe wore Roy's favorite colour which was blue.<br/> It was half past four and Phoebe was already dressed up like a princess in fairy tale stories. She wore a beautiful blue gown and wore a silver heels. She was ready to meet her prince charming.<br/> "Thank you so much Chloe"Phoebe said."I look like a princess because of you"Phoebe said. "You're welcome your majesty"Chloe said bowing to Phoebe .<br/> "Alright let me get ready now"Chloe said. Chloe got dressed up in a black beautiful gown that has lot of beautiful designs on it and wore a black sandals to match with her dress. Unknowing to her,black was Edward's favorite colour.<br/> "Wow Chloe,you look so beautiful"Phoebe said."Thank you"Chloe said with a smile."Oh no,it's almost five.. we're going to be late"Phoebe said."Girl, relax,the cafe is five minutes away from my house"Chloe said."But..."Chloe cut Phoebe off by saying let's go before you use ten minutes of our time to talk.<br/> Chloe was right by saying the cafe was five minutes away from her house. They got to the cafe in less than five minutes. When they got to the cafe,Roy has not arrived yet. Phoebe began to worry that Roy may have ditched her.<br/> "Phoebe calm down, it's just 4:50pm,don't be so worried". Chloe said.<br/>Few minutes later, Phoebe saw Roy's car and was relieved from all worries and had a big smile on her face."Chloe he's here"Phoebe said drawing the attention of Chloe who was reading a novel. "I told you your prince charming will come and look there, he's here"Chloe said.<br/> Roy came down from the car and looked straight to where Chloe and Phoebe were sitting down. Roy wore a blue shirt with a black jeans and wore a pair of blue sneakers to match with his dressing. Roy couldn't get his eyes off Phoebe because she looked so beautiful.<br/> Roy went to meet Phoebe and Chloe and was followed by Edward."What!!" Chloe said."What is Edward doing here"Chloe said."Please Chloe,put your differences aside and make this day special for me"Phoebe pleaded.<br/> "Okay... I'm only doing this because of you"Chloe said."Good evening Chloe...hey Phoebe"Roy said. Chloe looked at Roy with a scary face and he started sweating."So you are in love with my best friend right?"Chloe said with one of her brows up."Y...y...yes" Roy said out of fear."Hahaha"Edward bursted into laughter seeing Roy so scared.<br/> "Roy,please don't tell me you're scared of this girl"Edward said."Edward please don't ruin this for me"Roy said.<br/>"Don't I look scary enough"Chloe asked<br/>"You're too cute to be scary"Edward said.<br/> Edward was saying the truth because Chloe was too cute to be scary and he could see that. Edward saw Chloe to be so beautiful and also saw her too look so perfect in his favorite colour.<br/> "Well Roy, don't be scared, I'm not angry about the feelings you and Phoebe have for each other"."I approve of this relationship as her sister and best friend"Chloe said.<br/> And I also approve of this relationship"Edward said."No one asked for your approval"Chloe said to herself but Edward heard her."I'm his brother so I have the right to approve on his relationship"Edward said."No you don't"<br/>Chloe said."Guys... please don't fight right now"Phoebe pleaded."Sorry"Chloe and Edward said together.<br/> "So can we be in a relationship now"Phoebe asked."Of course,you don't need us to choose for you"Chloe said."So it's official now"Edward said."Thank you so much"Roy and Phoebe said."I'm so happy it's finally official" Phoebe told Roy."Me too"Roy said as he gave her a kiss on her forehead.<br/> </p>
