Scene 13: In the Hospital

In Sona's office in the hospital, she is lying on her sofa. She has passed all the night guarding her old patient. It was a long night thinking about Amie's incident.

She lies down on her sofa trying to have some rest, while her phone rings.

Sona: Hello! Dassi! How are you?

DASSI (MAN): am fine thanks, you?

SONA: Me!! You've seen her yesterday isn't it?

Dassi! Yes...honestly! I was mesmerized.. she has grown up!!

Sona: it's all thanks to you. She has been working out while you were abroad.

DASSI: yes, I can see her development in fighting and in her emotions!! By the way,, how does she feel now!? Does her psycho crisis comes back frequently??

Sona: no!! She did not have them for more than five years …she (she breathed hardly) ..."becomes more and more far from me... She is closer to Jay. "

This silence breaks when Sona says: "DASSI" !! "I always wanted to thank you for all you have done to me and my two kids!!!».. you were patient with us all this time.. and you even went abroad for us and left all your belongings and your project here. I am deeply grateful.

DASSI replied immediately: "don't thank me, this scares me.. . it always means parting away…!! You know how much I ...."

At this moment Sona's office door opens and her assistant came in telling her that there is a man waiting for her outside.

Dassi (through the phone): hello! Sona have you heard me? Aloo aloo.

"I am the second butler of Akman's family and the personal assistant and driver of Kadir Akman, the heir of Akman group, I am Mr. Kami.

Kami: I have been sent by Mr Kadi himself to give you this. He said he wanted to apologize personally to all the family.

Kami (astonished): please calm down Dr. Sona Bitt. What I mean is the misunderstanding between Ms Jay Bitt. , Ms. Amie Bitt. And our family and especially our young master Mr Kadi Akman. After seeing off Mr. Kami, she came back to her office. Jay was on the phone with Dassi.

Jay and Amie try to tease Dassi and Sona.. and the three laugh out loud...while Sona is asking what is going on!!

Sona was observing Amie's smile.. she was beautiful.. the darkness under her eyes is all gone and now she can smile in a beautiful manner… she has grown up beautifully!! The worries of the past seem to fade away in her heart!! She came back to live again!! This makes Sona relieved!! Her biggest fear was to see the past re-occur again!!

"Am happy to see you like this" said Sona to Amie.

Amie: I am alright mom. I will go through this... and I will let you always see my smile.

Sona hugs her and Jay.

Jay: ah finally a tripartite hug...finally I lived to see this.

Sona hits her and tell her to live the moment because she won't see it again.

Everyone smiles. Dassi: I want your hug too, take the phone with you.

Jay: you are not allowed... not before officially...

Dassi interrupts her ..While Sona is asking what does she mean.

Amie smiles to them with a calm and happy face.. she says: "this is my life... my family that I want to protect at all cost. I won't let the past invade my life again. "

While eating the lunch

At the lunch: Sona is hesitating to talk to Amie about the invitation. She coughs. Amie went to bring her some water ..The bottle was on the desk … she took it and saw the invitation.

What is this? She said.

Sona looks to Jay.. and hesitates.

Amie opens it .. but she was so calm?

Is this an invitation?

Jay: it is from them. They want to apologize for wrongly accusing us.

Amie: this will be a good opportunity to regain your work

Jay astonishingly looking at her.

Amie: what do you think !!!! you will hide it from me? I know you were fired.

Sona: Really?! This is why you came here?

Jay: let me explain....you know this work is not my cup of tea.. I really did not feel sorry for loosing my job. I still have the beauty center.

Sona: this is your hobby and not a job to do.

Sona and Jay look at her surprised..

Amie: don't worry, today I regained all my power .. and my consciousness.. I am doing alright.

Sona: do you want to go there? But what if they are those from the past.??

Amie: they are not. Otherwise I would tell you about it. You know I don't hide anything from you.. I went through difficult moments and psychic crises.. You were always beside me. I couldn't thank you enough for being my support all this time!! Thank you mom ..thank you Jay ..I am sorry for being a burden for both of you… along these last years!!

Sona and Jay feel happy for Amie, as she has trespassed her fear of the past and decided to move on …

a person like Amie who is always calm, smart, decisive, strong!! What could be there in the past to make her feel all this fear and to live her dark life like this!!! What are you hiding inside you Amie!?? Wondered Jay deep in her heart!! Thse words which frighten Jay, but she couldn't pronounce them to Amie!! After all it is about the past that Amie fears most!!!

Sona: how can a child be a very polite with her mom and sister.. you were taking care of us too.. we are a family, ever since your dad died, you two are the only thing that is left to me. We will be a family forever.

They hug each other.

Jay: ah since we decide, should we go shopping.. I just want to buy something beautiful to show off on TV.

Sona: Jaaaayyy.. this is a funeral not a party!!

Amie smiles calmly to them.. while Jay continues to tease her mom.

Dassi: so you have decided to go!!! I hope everything will go well that day!! Anyway, there is few things left for me to do them here!! Then it will be your time to come to be Amie!!!

They say that it takes a little courage and a long time to step out of the past … the long time you take to come of the past shell, becomes also a past to you!!! You wonder which past was harder on you? The one you tried to forget!! or the past through which you tried to forget!!! Everything becomes a past, and forgetting the past in this cyclical process becomes a lie!! Just like a calming pill one takes to have a small rest before the grand storm comes and the past revives again!!!

Amie's character is build by knowing this!! She, instead of taking the pills, tries to grow up!!! As much as she can!!! Her oldself can never face the big storm!!!

How can Ludy's memorial day change Amie, is she going to grow up as usual? Or did Kadi prepare for her another plan!!!

Between today and that day 60 days!!! What could happen in between!! The invitation was it for an apology? Or for a challenge?
