Pokemon tribe war!

At the elder's hall, in the center of the poketown.

An emergency meeting was happening where all the most powerful pokemon of the town were invited.

Aeron too was there for his status as a god blessed.

At last after everyone was present, the chief Mega Medicham entered as the doors closed behind him.

The elders hall is a simple white colored hall where the chief walked up to the raised podium in the middle where something like a combination of throne and sofa was placed as he sat there comfortably and all the pokemons stood straight circling around the raised podium in neat rows.

Currently Aeron was standing in the first row with Meloetta and Ralts on one side and Ralts parents on another.

Ralts parents are the norm of their species. Gallade being psychic/fighting type and Gardevoir being psychic/fairy type.

" Why are we standing? Isn't it considered rude to keep the important personal's standing?"

Aeron asked Gallade who was right beside him as he judged the situation by his past life information since he never participated in any important events of the town.

"No.Sitting represents comfort, which in this case would be considered showing one's weakness.

Sitting in this scenario would mean that you consider yourself the strongest one present or if you are not the strongest you are looking down on everyone else by letting your guard down in front of equals."

Gallade answered not surprised by Aeron's ignorance on such simple etiquette since even though he has the highest position in the town, ever since coming here he has been focused on his and his pokemons growth.

Yes,that's right! Aeron's status of god blessed places him even above the chief.

Pokemons might not be religious folks but they do worship the strong.

Of course by strong it means the legendaries.

This is due to pokemon's nature and the world's history which we will not go into details.

Back to the assembly,

"Many of you might know the reason for calling this emergency meeting however for those that do not know let me announce that the migrating tribe of fighting type pokemons that was recently spotted has in the name of the god of earth 'Groudon' declared territory war on us fighting town code: R3S952168."

Hearing the chief announce that there will be war, mostly those from the second row and beyond started to murmur among themselves.

" From this instant the war protocol is active. Prepare for war!!"

That was the end of the assembly as everyone began to rush to their duty.

As Aeron, his pokemons and Ralts family came out in the streets they began to head to Aerons house as he questioned the gallade/gardevoir duo,

"Don't you have war preparations and duties to fulfill?"

This time Gardevoir answered she said,

"We are free now. In war time the pokenet is shut down and a secure net for war purposes is created which the chief is responsible for. As for war preparations, a pokemon is always prepared to fight. Besides, there is much time left for the battle to start."

"How can you say that? What if they attack us now? Moreover, gathering all the powerful pokemons of the town in the center just for the announcement, doesn't it leave our defenses vulnerable?"

Hearing Aeron's questions, Gallade began to explain all about the war to Aeron.

" listen carefully. In this world there are three most prevalent types of wars. The first is territory war. In this type of war the opponent first has to declare war in the name of the god of earth 'Groudon' . From the time of declaration there is a buffer period of three days to evacuate those not fighting in the war. Furthermore there will be different zones for different tiers. Meaning that everyone has to fight opponents of the same tier. In this war the defending party has advantages as the attacking party not only has to win the battle of the strongest but also a few low ranking battles.then there is the Resource war which is one vs one among the strongest. In this war the opponent has to first declare war in the name of the goddess of wealth 'Diancie'. Furthermore one cannot declare war for resources lower in rank than them. It has a few more intricacies which I will not go into details. Lastly there is the vengeance war. In the name of the god of destruction 'Yveltar this war is fought without any rules aside from basic rules set by the gods. This is a cruel war where there are sneak attacks, schemes and it doesn't even need vengeance to initiate."

While hearing Gallade's explanation of war they reached Aerons house.

Walking to the back of the house, the backyard has a big open space for training purposes.

Standing on a side Gallade fiercely looked at Aeron as he said,

"Now boy we can talk more later but before that i must assess you for my baby daughter has chosen you as her partner. No father will just hand over his daughter. Now Come fight and impress me to earn her hand. Don't worry i will control my strength to your level."

'That's a weird way to say that i have to earn Ralts as my pokemon. But I do want to fight him. Ever since I graduated from my training masters, I have grown a lot. Now is a good opportunity to test myself in a controlled environment than later in dangerous situations.'

Thinking so Aeron stood opposite of gallade as they looked at each other in the eye.

"Ralts! Ra..Ralts! ( Whats dada doing!! Mama stop him please before he hurts Aeron!)

" Don't worry dear. I willl stop them if they go overboard."

"Ralts…." (But….)

" Its okay Ralts. Let us battle."

Saying so aeron took a fighting stance according to his skill balance combat as it has the best reaction in various circumstances.

" I have never really battled with pokemon equal to me in level. My masters always held back and I didn't fight other pokemons because there is a big difference in the stats of humans and pokemon. If the difference in the stat is too high no technique can overcome absolute power. However after bond evolution my status went through the roof. I have approximately a fourth of a typical pokemons stat and stat growth per level. Along with all my skills I should be able to at least put up a fight."

Seeing both of them are ready for battle Gardevoir came forward to be the referee in case they go overboard and Aeron hurts himself.

" Both sides are ready? Now on my count to one the battle will begin!"

" 3 "

" 2 "

" 1 "

" Let the battle begin!"

Hearing Gardevoir's signal Aeron took a defensive stance as he is sure to be not a match of gallade in pure speed.

Seeing that Aeron has no intention to attack first, Gallade begins to speed toward him without any skill in use.

'So fast!'

Seeing gallade speed toward me I could only see blur before he was on me. I could honestly only react in time due to my combat master trait. Afterall gallade was a 3rd evolution stage pokemon. His stats are bound to be more.

Still in a balanced stance I gave in to my instincts from wild combat and using soft combat slowly rotated my hands and dispersed all attacks from the gallade.

Naturally if any other humans even those from tier 2 or 3 tried to do this at least their hand would break and at worst their stuffings would come out.

" I can only do so because of my traits and skills related to my body. I honestly doubt I can even be called a human now."

Seeing that Aeron could defend against his probes without losing ground gallade decided to up the game as he too began to use simple techniques.

Seeing that he is losing ground in defensive combat Aeron began to fully use the skill 'wild combat' as he recalled what his master mankey once told him.

" The best defense is offense! Fight! fight! And keep fighting until your opponent dies even if it kills you, keep fighting because if your enemy is not dead then you don't have the right to live either. That is the essence of wild combat. To come out alive after ending every enemy of yours is to master 'wild combat' ."

Although I don't share the same views as the master, I do have my own views on wild combat.

Seeing Aeron being reckless all of a sudden caught Gallade off guard and he took a few hits that could be critical even for weak tier 2 beings.

As he backed off, gallade began to analyze what just happened.

" You seemed reckless however you maneuvered your body at the last moment to evade or tanked hits with non vital parts of your body.furthermore the power of the attacks that hit you, you dispersed them or grounded them with that soft skill and the few minor injuries that you suffered healed in seconds. The power of your attacks also focused on one point with a penetrating effect that burst inside the body. You're essentially taking minimum damage to deal maximum damage. That's quite a sly way to fight."

"Anything goes as long as I'm the last one standing."

Saying so, Aeron began to use aura to enhance himself since he knew that playtime's over.

The real battle only begins now!
