I found myself floating in a dark void with a muddled mind. I wanted to scream, panic or cry but all my emotions and thoughts were being suppressed by a supernatural force. I could only float quietly in the void with an empty mind.
Suddenly a screen appeared in front of me.
[System initializing]
The text on the screen disappeared then a percentage appeared.
[1%.....45%.....100%]
Once the screen finished loading I was met with a large text page.
[All operations optimized Music system ready. System has been gifted to user by the Music god. System is bound to soul.
The systems main purpose is to offer the host the ability to manifest buff abilities to host on himself using music of any nature. Affect of buff depends on the effects of the music on the hosts mental state. Buffs can be stacked and some songs may hold multiple buffs. These buffs can be active, passive or random.
Passive buffs are activated when a genre or category of music is played without the intentionof receiving a buff. A preselected affect is added when songs in that genre or category are played, this affect can not be changed and is preselected.
Active buffs can be activated by manually playing a song with the intention of buffing yourself.
Random buffs can appear anytime and can stack on passive or active buffs or stand alone.
Buffs can be upgraded by deepening the connection with music or achieving greater strength.
System also includes a status page, title system and trait system.
Traits: any unique ability or characteristics of the soul can manifest as powers, physiques or talents. Traits can be acquired by fulfilling random conditions.]
As I read I could not help but wonder why there was not a cold robotic voice reading this to me like in those light novels.
Once I finished reading the page myself status appeared in front of me.

Apparently I was nameless and ageless. From what I can assume from the affect reincarnated I seem to be in another world already. I should be stressed wondering about my old life but strangely I am calm. The force that is suppressing my emotions is making me let go of my inhibitions of this new world and making me resolve my emotions of Earth.
Once the force stopped I had no more reluctance and was ready to accept my new world with open arms. This brought a sudden change to me as my mind went black and everything faded.
John POV
I woke up in void with my mind muddled and confused. I felt like I was drunk, I could hardly form a thought. I could feel my fondness of Earth growing smaller and smaller at each second. I could only marvel at the power of a God. It managed to suppress my emotions and thoughts while erasing my fondness of my home.
I was not really offended or saddened by this I loved my life to the fullest and I can say I carried no regrets. There are exciting things I was interested in trying on Earth but I might be able to do it in the new world.
In front of me suddenly a large screen with text appeared.

As Iooked at my system I was pleased with it but wanted to take a closer look at my skills and traits to figure out what they meant and their uses.
