Shemer was standing beside my bed. His eyes were full of worry. He immediately checks my wrist.

"What happened?" I ask. I think that my mind is trying to remember something, but it doesn't seem to come up to my memories.

"Master?! Are you okay? Your mana suddenly fluctuated. That's why I suddenly woke you up. Did you dream something bad?"

"I don't know. I can't remember anything specific but I feel that I forgot something very important." I explained and tried to remember my dream.

"I was so shocked to see your mana suddenly fluctuate. It could be very dangerous, as your body cannot hold your entire strength right now. Let me call your maid."

Shemer then walked out of the room. While I continue trying to remember. I feel that I have to remember something very important.

"Ding." A notification from the system suddenly pops up.

"What is it Zero?"

"Chairman, you have experienced a sudden influx of mana sharing. That's why your mana fluctuated. You should start your meditation training. I have chosen a meditation according to your body's specification." Zero explained.

"Ok, what is it?"

"This meditation is called the Calming Mind Meditation for Chairman."

"Wow! It has a simple name. But why does it have a chairman in the end? What's the guide for this meditation?"

"Since the meditation is specifically made by the system for you, the guide will be according to your taste."

I was very curious since Zero told me that the system made this meditation according to my taste.

The third step is to find 5 things that you can feel comfortable with for the sense of touch. The fourth step is to find 5 fragrances that can pacify your sense of smell. And the last step is to find 5 things that can calm your sense of hearing."

"Is this really for meditation? It looks like I'm taking a quest from the system."

"Well, you can say it that way. Since you can gain meditation points after finishing the guides."

"Heh. Can you simplify the guide?"

"Of course."

As I take a look at what Zero has posted,

"Zero, is it me, or does the thing that you posted look like a Microhard Word?"

"In the part of the sense of sight, can I try it on my brother's?"

Zero the logs off as Shemer, together with Rhyia entered my room.

The moon rabbit crispies I requested are made by forming a moon rabbit dough, then frying it. Then dip it on chocolate and let it roll on crispies.

While penghuo milk is a kind of drink that came from an animal called Lobora which is equivalent to Earth's cow.

I abruptly remember that Skylur and Duayne's circle of friends will meet today. I have to see them so that I can complete my first guide. I am sure that they have many good-looking friends.

My brother still wears his sleeping clothes.

Shemer must have grabbed him without changing to his proper clothes.

"I would like to ask if you already invited older brother Duayne and your other friends?"

"Yes. I send my invitation yesterday after your ceremony."

"What time is your gathering? can you take me with you?"

"You have to ask doctor Gale and mother. You still have to rest and regain your energy."
