Chapter fifty-seven

Paisley POV

I woke up early and got working. I could hardly contain the excitement within me as I waited for the day to break.

Last night talk with Blake kept on coming back to me all night. The thought of him moving back home today made me feel joy in ways I never thought possible

I cleaned our room, got his office arranged and made breakfast. Ready to welcome home my husband.

It was around 9am when the door bell rang. I ran to the door but stopped to compose myself before opening it.

"Hey beautiful, missed me" Jax grinned before pulling in a luggage

"You wish" I grinned back. We had not been able to meet as frequently as we used to but we always talked and made video calls via Skype

"Hi" I turned towards the quiet Blake who was watching our interaction. His gaze found me and scanned me up.

I became self conscious, did I over dress. I did a light makeup to enhance my look.
