"The caves release treasure chests with an appreciable amount of gold coins and the location of the labyrinth as well, but the thought of obtaining more gold coins in the labyrinth made me explore the labyrinth," said Jasmine.
Hmm, so the caves provide the players with maps once every single kobold has been terminated.
And the maps lead straight to the location of the Minotaur and other caves as well.
This is good. The caves are making things a lot easier for me.
Since a level one player should be able to barely kill a kobold, and that's not to mention facing five kobolds.
How then in the h.e.l.l will a level 1 player be able to cull a Minotaur?
And since there are five Minotaurs in the labyrinth, then anyone going there is surely taking a path towards a suicide mission.
Well, my condolences to all players going there to face the Minotaur. Just keep piling up and get killed fast by the Minotaur.
The earlier the players reduce in number, the faster I get to go home.
It's nothing serious, it's just the survival of the weakest.
Any player who enters a cave to k.i.l.l a kobold will most likely have the chance to come across a map indicating only the location of the labyrinth and other caves.
And since Jasmine had been to a couple of caves already, she had noticed all the maps she found led to only one labyrinth.
So, this could only mean that there is only one labyrinth, in contrast to the many caves scattered around the forest.
However, if this were to be the case, doesn't it mean the labyrinth could release a lot more gold coins than a single cave?
Hence, why Jasmine ventured towards the labyrinth to get more coins to buy better weapons and potions for herself.
Her words, not mine.
"But instead of seeing gold coins, there were several bodies of dead players lying around with a few of them having a couple of skill books dropped upon their deaths," She continued.
Though, she didn't kill all the Minotaur in the labyrinth to claim the gold coins she wanted as a reward.
Well, that much is to be expected.
But still, she was able to obtain a couple of dropped gold coins and skill books left behind by the pool of bodies in the labyrinth.
"This must be how you obtained the crafting skill alongside the first aid skill book you gave to me, right?" I suggested.
Looking around, all the items around, namely the wooden bowls, spoons, plates, and stone-modeled pot, all looked like crafted items made after purchasing a crafting recipe.
"Yes and No," Jasmine replied bluntly.
Her response made me raise an eyebrow, and Jasmine took notice of this as well.
'What kind of response is that?'
She turned towards me and raised three fingers for me to see. "Three skills," She said.
"Three skills?" Oh! I get it now. So, she has three skills instead of two.
"I have three skills so far," She beamed. "I had the First Aid skill right after my experience point exceeded three hundred points, while the other two were obtained during my time in caves and in the labyrinth,"
Jasmine also found several skills dropped by players in the labyrinth, but most of the skills were either useless or were similar to what she already had.
Her third skill happens to be culinary, no wonder she felt great pride in what she made.
By the way, that was one delicious meal.
Her culinary skill book was obtained while she was in the labyrinth.
While the crafting skill book was obtained in one of the caves belonging to multiple kobolds.
"Would you like to see my status?" She asked.
'Well, that escalated quickly,'
"Huh? Your… status?" I was taken aback.
I don't get it. We are enemies, are we not?
Though we might have inadvertently made a weird teamwork to take the Minotaur down, still, we are both enemies fighting for a common goal.
Other players can't see the status of a player unless that player wants them to.
But shouldn't a player's status be one of the most important pieces of information needed to be kept secret from everyone else?
'Then why is she doing this?' I pondered, but couldn't find a particular reason why she would do this.
Nevertheless, I came back to my senses and replied. "Um..... No, thanks…"
But Jasmine cut me off instead. "Come on, relax, there aren't any rules that say we shouldn't see each other's status, right?" She said, then offered me little chance to decline before she showed me her status.
She talks freely with me as though we were childhood friends who knew a lot about each other.
In other words, she felt too relaxed while talking to me.

'Woah!! You've got to be kidding me!' I exclaimed internally.
Surprisingly, she had accumulated a whooping sum of 800 gold coins already.
Her experience point as well was on the verge of making a breakthrough.
Jasmine noticed how dilated my eyes were. It was apparent I was awed by what I saw, and this only made her smile in pride at her accomplishment so far.
"How is it?" She asked with a massive smile on her face.
" My status is amazing, right?" This time around, her smile widened.
What am I going to do with this girl?
