Can You Trust Me?

"Urgghhh…" Francis suddenly fell on his knees and vomiting blood. His face turned really pale and he look so weak. I, who had just entered his office, hurriedly took a handkerchief and approached him. "What happened? This is not your first time vomiting blood!" I asked, pretending to panic. I knew the reason why he was in this state, it was because I poisoned him. "Cough… cough…" he coughed as he was vomiting blood. "I'm fine. As you said this is not my first time vomiting blood so I can handle it." He said after he stopped vomiting blood. "But I guess you have to stop pretending." He paused and moved his body closer to me. "Charlize," he whispered right to my ears. He still looked so weak due to the poison but he seemed like already used to it. "I know it is you who make me in this state." ------------- Hi everyone!!!  Thank you for supporting me this far, and sorry for not continuing this work. Somehow I lost my pace and mood regarding this work, so I just can't continue. This story actually ended with Francis and Olivia living happily ever after as the crown prince and princess, with their supporter still working with them. Once again, I'm sorry about this, and thank you for your support. I will be back with a new and fresh story see you

The Shock (Rowan POV)

That year's new year party was something completely new for me. That was the first time Olivia didn't attend the party with her family. Honestly, I felt empty because of it. If before we were close physically without any trust from her, that time she started to trust me but we weren't that close anymore. I still belong to the Ashford family when she was already nobody to the family.

I hope there will be a day where I could be a close support for her. I knew that hope was something nearly impossible. I was someone who came from her enemy's family after all. I wasn't even sure that she really trusted me or not. Well, I was so happy when she at least trusted me during the war. That may be a small thing, but yes, I really was happy because of that.
