Chapter 43(A)

I woke up, legs tangled with Ryan's and head on his chest. I pulled away and got out of sheets. It was the first time I woke up before Ryan. I ran to the bathroom to do my morning business. After getting dressed in clean clothes, I sat beside Ryan's peaceful looking body.

I brushed the fringes off his face and leaned down to place a kiss on his forehead. He stirred and grabbed my hand that was stroking his cheek. He kissed it and placed it on his chest before wrapping his arms around it. I chuckled.

"Wake up, it's my birthday." I whispered in his ear and kissed his earlobe.

"That's why be nice and let me sleep." He mumbled, pulling me down and placing my head on his chest.

"I'm hungry. I need cinnamon rolls for breakfast." I demanded and tried to get him up. He groaned and turned, shoving me away.

"Oi!" I kicked him on the back.

"I hate you, Noah!" He growled getting out of the bed.

"I love you more." I told him, laughing.
